We sorry for the caused inconveniences but we understand that if everything had worked properly, such as:
1-punctuality when it comes to hand over the keys,
2-wifi that did not work for a week,
3-has refused us the receipt for payment of the corresponding fees.
You would not be speaking about one of the worst experiences (which by the way do not have any comment and if look you our record is spotless)
