The cottage was fantastic - clean, bright and excellently located. Finding bread, butter and milk in the fridge when we arrived late at night was a welcome surprise. Will definitely be back.
Great apartment, perfect location...I highly recommend it!
We had a lovely stay over the Christmas period, the house is very spacious, comfortable and well maintained. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a country get away in an idyllic setting - we would definitely return!
We were the first people to stay in Rose Cottage and it was a wonderful experience.
Sarah was incredibly helpful and had provided a loaf of fresh bread, butter and milk, which was a huge relief as we had arrived late at night and forgotten to bring breakfast with us.
There is some noise from the road outside (mostly voices as it's a narrow one way street so traffic noise isn't an issue) but we slept well and considered the noise a small price to pay as it couldn't be more central! Rose cottage is comfy, warm and very clean and we would definitely consider staying here again.
Great location and really nice apartment. Very spacious and clean and modern. Car park is very close or you can unload directly outside. Really close to some great restaurants.
Wonderful stay at Abbey Views, everything, without exception was tip top. Even the only negative thing of no parking space was no problem at all, as the long-stay car park just round the corner was so convenient, and plenty of spaces, (though obviously can't guarantee this!)
I can really recommend this flat in the center of Sherborne, it is very spacious and and located right in the center of town, so you can get everywhere really fast. The people in charge were really helpful too, and there was bread and milk for us in the flat upon arrival, which we found very helpful.
We stayed here with a 10 month old baby and found the master bedroom closet was perfect to fit a pack and play (cot). One should watch out for the low hanging beams that come down from the ceiling; we hit our head on them a couple of times. There is a very spacious entry area, though it isn't really utilized.
The flat is very well equipped and it was so nice of them to include some staples like milk and butter. Location is excellent and Sherborne area was a wonderful place to visit. Emma was extremely helpful and looked after everything.
Really enjoyed the apartment at Sherborne. The apartment was large, spacious, clean, the kitchen was well equipped including spices, oil, coffee and sugar. The location was excellent for a walk in the area. The town itself is charming. The only downside that the services tight into the shower apartment for six people a little difficult.
Excellent. Charming. Fully serviced in every aspect. Good hosting too, they really made an effort to find the best place for us. We stayed with 4 and the airbed was really comfy. Not the kind you'd have camping. The rood terrace is idyllic: in the evenings you can hear the recitals in church. Famous Sherborne school and cathedral are a stroll away. The appt is in the middle of a very charming shopping street. Are there negative sides? Not really, maybe the street is a bit noisy when you leave the window open at night. But since there are no drunk people or touristic groups, even that noise is quite charming. Oh, and realize that the street itself is a no go area for cars between 8 am and 4 pm. Parking permit for a week or more is something we'd recommend. The parking is one street away.
