We stayed at Lee's amazing condo in downtown Telluride this past October and had a great time. Out of all the towns we visited we consider telluride to be the highlight of our trip, the scenery is amazing and we definitely recommend anyone interested to visit the town. Lee's condo is right in the middle of downtown Telluride, on the main strip of the tow. It is convenient to everything and there are plenty of bars and restaurants (as well as the awesome free gondola to the top of a nearby mountain).
Lee's condo has a lot of character and is well stocked with bathroom and kitchen essentials, we cam in the off season and spent our first night staying inside and cooking food int he kitchen. She left us with a fully stocked pantry so there was no need to buy things like oil or salt, etc.
The accommodation comes with a parking pass which lets you park your car either out front of the apartment on the main street or behind the building in a private lot. We were there in the off season so it was convenient just to leave the car right outside the front door.
The apartment itself is gorgeous and very warm during the cold months. We could hear noises from outside (music or people talking on the street) but we did not have any trouble sleeping.
Anyone visiting Telluride would be lucky to stay at Lee's condo, it was the highlight of our trip.
Another recommendation: If you visit the town make sure to take the drive to Ouray and ride the "Million Dollar Highway". Also Telluride is not far from Moab, Utah and we highly recommend taking the drive out there if you have the time.

Loved loved loved Lee's amazing space and how accommodating she was in all aspects. All the comforts of home, including an awesome kitchen area for a studio. Super impressed by the energy and relaxation I felt as soon as I walked in the door. The light sounds of music playing from the next door bistro welcomed me to Telluride. Fantastic location - the sushi restaurant Honga's directly across the street is my new favorite. And that says a lot coming from one of the sushi capitals of the US. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone traveling to Telluride and looking for a home away from home.
Cozy, comfortable studio and wonderful location, perfect if you're going to one of the festivals - literally two blocks from the park. Lee was a great host, gave us all the info we needed and then some. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, seriously thinking about pre-reserving for next year :)
This is a super great condo in a premium location in downtown Telluride. It has great charm, on the 2nd floor of the Gargoyle Building and is just steps from everything wonderful about Telluride. The loft bed helps max out use of the space in the apt, and for a studio I found it large. I will def stay there again next FilmFest, and I found Lee to be wonderful to deal with.
Une jeune femme tout à fait charmante . J'espère avoir encore de nombreux visiteurs comme cela ! A young woman quite charming. I hope to have many visitors like this!
Lee Shea is a very friendly person, we look forwar to hearing back from him.
I have known Lee Shea since she moved to Telluride and her condo is in a prime location in the center of town. She has excellent taste in decor and her space is very comfortable. It is definitely one of the nicest local studios I've seen and conveniently close to everything. Enjoy!
I've know Lea Shea for 3 years.I've been in her listed apartment dozens of times. If I was visiting NYC, this would be the perfect spot. She is centrally located between the West Village and Union Square. It's an elevator building and has everything you will need to make your stay confortable. She is inwalking distance to the HighLine park as well.
I would highly recommend staying in her apartment. She's great!!
