The apartment is exactly as the pictures and the location is perfect, near from everything.
When we arrive there, there was 2 people waiting for us, and they helped us with all of the bags, we realy appreciate that.
There was only two problems, the towels are not that good, and the two front rooms does not have dark curtains, so sleeping with clarity was not that great.
Regardless, I recommend the apartment for rent.
This was my first stay using airbnb. Had to change the dates and then made a mistake as to when we were supposed to start our stay! Anyway, we were out by 1 day. Good things first: spacious, v. central apartment, excellent wifi, equiped with essentials and more. However, a few things we definitely would like to have known about: there is a need for some redecoration, e.g. curtains down in one room which exposed the person to continuous assault by NY street lights; one of the the bathrooms had no shelf to put toiletries on nor rail to hang the towels. There were towels and bed linen in the dryer but we could not be sure they were inceed for our use, nor were we told. There was mild infestation with ants and cokroaches and the most upsetting of all, the toilet (in fact both) did not flash adequately but we did not know the extent of the problem till the night before we've left. Also, we were rather taken aback by the front as the apartment was on the 3rd floor above shops and there was no lift so carrying luggage up and down the stairs a problem. We appreciate that as we were larte we have started in the wrong foot but noone tried to call us apart from sending an email which I only saw the next day as I had no wifi/internet in Connecticut. Presumably, renting the flat means that you also factor in phonecalls to international numbers.
The apartment was clean and the location is great. It just was very drafty and therefore uncomfortably cold (we stood there in February/March). But we could help ourselves with a small electric heater we found in the wardrobe. Jules and Travis were very helpful.
the apartment is neat and tidy and look just as the photos show. The location is amazing and it is walking distance to all the major attractions like Rockafellar centre, Times Square, Theatre, Shops and the subway. On arrival it is a bit off putting having to wait on the footpath with all your luggage till someone comes with the keys. It is such a busy street and we did feel very embarrassed as everyone was looking at us and our luggage! It would be great if there was a keyless entry so you could go straight in instead of waiting out the front.
Only down I can say it the entrance as you have to go past nail and gold shop. There are two flights of stairs up to the apartment but Travis the guy who met us there was kind enough to carry our suitcases up the stairs for us.
If you are looking for location this is a great apartment but be aware that the bedding and towels etc are not high quality. When we arrived all the towels were in a heap in the dryer. This was a big contrast to what we had stayed in San Fransisco and Park city where all the bed linen, towels and sheets were of a high quality.
Everything was clean and tidy and the wifi worked perfectly!
We enjoyed our stay mainly due to the great location of this property.

Very nice apartment, really clean, and spacious. After I booked the apartment, I had direct contact with the owner, and she was always very helpful and always picked up when I called. The location couldn't be better--really close to Times Square. Overall--a very nice stay.
Location was (email hidden) water pressure or hot water even to rinse dishes in kitchen sink, very little in bathroom, but shower was fine, thank goodness. Linens all very acceptable.
First of all "stylish and luxury" would not be the words I would use to describe this apt. Our first impression was waiting on the busy street with our suitcases for Travis to let us in. On his behalf our flight was delayed and so therefore so were we. Travis was not very welcoming in fact he seemed to be bothered by the fact that we were there. He does not look professional and he had his headphones blaring loud enough so I could hear. He was trying to carry on a conversation while his headphones were on. I finally asked if he could please turn them off. I asked for toilet paper and he climbed to an upper cabinet in the bedroom and handed me two roles. This Was suppose to last five days with 6 people. I asked where the sheets were as there was only a bottom sheet and a comforter on all beds. He replied that's the way they do it. I said we needed top sheets and he climbed back up in the cabinet and pulled down sheets. They were old and stained. He said he would have to text me the wifi code which he did, however it never worked. This apt is two flights of stairs up and on the way up is a beauty shop and a gold shop. There was quite a disturbance one day in the stairwell wish made us believe perhaps the gold store might be selling something else. Also the two bedrooms that face the street are loud all night, honking, yelling, etc. the curtains in those two rooms are sheer and white and it is like daylight 24 hours. Jules who was the person I conversed with prior to booking was excellent. She got back to me immediately with all questions. This was my first (and last) experience with airbnb and My first trip to NYC and I feel like I did not get what I paid for. Perhaps my expectations were too high. It was however a great location.
Apartment is in a great location. The check in process was a bit confusing, but it was all sorted out in the end. Thanks for hosting us!

Jules is definitely the person you want to book your NYC accommodations with. She has extensive experience in providing tourists and travelers with safe, beautiful, and comfortable places in a prime location in the city. Additionally, she knows the city backwards and forwards and can give you some amazing pointers to make your trip fulfilling to the max. On a personal level, Jules is incredibly easy to get along with and handles her business very professionally. Don't go the boring hotel route - experience the city like a local!
I've known Jules for a long time and can attest to the fact that she is very responsible and reliable. Most people who stay with her are astounded that the place is so well decorated, clean and orderly.
The added advantage of staying with Jules is that she knows the city really well. She can easily guide people around the popular tourist destinations and the not so popular hidden gems.
More than anything, it helps knowing that Jules, although being a true professional, is very warm and inviting to all her guests.
