When we arrived we were greeted by Michael , who gave us the keys , along with a box of chocolates and a pack of coffee and directions to get to the house .
We arrived at the house , we opened the door , but the apartment was not as described in the ' announcement and seen the photos. It was a very old house , located on the third floor , with a huge bedroom , a living room in which there 'was also the shower , the sink and the kitchen, the toilet was in a closet . The house was poorly equipped, no fridge , which was brought to us later by Michael , the house was heated by two old stoves , furniture were old.
We were disappointed, we wanted to go away, but there weren' t more hotel free, then we agreement with Michael , who refunded us half the price of the house.
The positive note : the bed was comfortable and the duvet warm,
the location of the house was on the subway line 1 to two minutes from the town center .
Michael was always polite and friendly.
Vienna is a beautiful city
Michael's appartment is very comfortable and clean - it has all the needed appliances, clean bed linen and towels. The public transport just outside is very frequent and easlily took us to the Center - Karls' Platz or Opera. It's a bit hard to climb to the top of fourth floor, but the location is really covenient for all the sights. It is worth recommending.
Perfect location for exploring Graz; right on top of the central transport hub.
Excellent communications from Michael -- although his initial instructions could have been more precise for finding the apartment.
Flexibility for check-out was very much appreciated!
Great appartment in city centre with private free parking place. Nice neighbours too. We didn't meet Michael, but he was very helpful via email.
The location is good - two minutes from the to-die-for public transport system. I did not actually meet Michael, finally, but his colleagues in the office downstairs were equally friendly. The self-contained flat is bright, clean and well-equipped - perfect for my short stay. For engineering fans, the front door lock is a thing to die for!
Michael's apartment was very cute and felt comfortable. The apartment was clean and the decoration was cute. We used the washer and clothes hanger which was convenient. Like other people mentioned, it is a high floor and there is no elevator.
The internet did not work for us, we could occasionally connect but most of the time the signal was too weak.
We didnt have any instructions on how to get the keys and it took us some time and had to call Michael (international call) a couple of times.
Michael was a great host! The building was historic and we got upgraded to a larger room. If you are used to traveling through Europe, this is a great find :) Thank you Michael for your hospitality!
We did not actually stay at the apartment. Michael had contacted us and said construction was going on and thought that we would have a better time if we stayed at a hotel he had arranged for us and also paid for our breakfast for both days. we applaud Michael for thinking of us and we would be glad to recommend him.

- Gegend/Haus sehr ruhig

- 3. Stock ohne Aufzug (war mit einem großen Koffer sehr anstrengend)
- Kurzparkzone!! (max. 2 Stunden). Es gibt Parkhäuser in der Umgebung (ca 25€ pro Tag). (website hidden)
Ich persönlich habe das Auto nicht ständig gebraucht und habe es in den nächsten freien Bezirk gestellt (z.B. 10. Bezirk, Landgutgasse, ca. 1km, 5€ mit dem Taxi oder 10 Min. zu Fuß zum Appartment) und danach die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel benutzt.
Alles prima. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe. Appartement größer als erwartet. Alles da. Coole Altbau-Atmosphäre. Gute und schnelle Anbindung an die Innenstadt.
