We have a had a good experience with Jaymi, her family and friends. Communication was fine and we received accurate information to organize the arrival and check-in properly.
Jaymi was a cool guest and all the group left the apartment tidy and clean.

Jaymi and her family were very nice guests....l had an issue with the water for few hours..and they were very (email hidden)ally pleasant people that l'd have liked to know better....they appreciated the comforts of my apartment...and also for this reason l'd give them the award of perfect guests

These guests left the apartment in good order and they were quite tidy. The first impression I had of this family were that they were nice but the minute they learnt that they had to pay for a wifi connection they became very rude and arrogant which our company has sadly now come to expect from most or our American guests. They complained non stop and were actually very unpleasant because they had to pay £15 extra and as we explained that this was completely optional so they did not have to pay for this service if they did not want to. They then started finding fault with lots of things. They found a few hairs on the shower door which they said meant that the bathroom was disgusting. We offered to send our cleaners in to clean whatever they wanted but they refused this service as this was apparently going to interrupt their stay even though the cleaners could do this when they were out. As luck would have it, our cleaners had forgotten to place a sheet on the bed and even though this never happens it just threw more fuel on the already blazing fire. A small oversight that was instantly rectified now obviously became a huge matter. They also implicitly let us know that all this was going to be in our review but thanks to the brilliance of Airbnb the review goes both ways. Mistakes do happen because we are human and if we refuse to rectify them or are rude to our guests then we deserve a bad review but not because they did not want to pay for internet and now use this forum as payback. Hopefully any future guests will look at our other reviews and make up their own minds about how our company treats our guests and not just listen to the ravings of one particular person.

it is with great pleasure that I welcome Jaymi and her husband in my apartment! I found my apartment cleaned and a cold beer in the fridge! :-) I recommend them! And their dog is cute!
