Pedro responded very quickly to all our messages and made arrangements when we arrived at the flat a little early. The address was easy to find, but unfortunately the flat number was missing from the information. Luckily, the housekeeper met us there and very briefly explained the premises.
Pedro is a great host very attentive and thoughful.
His flat has all that you need, it' s very clean and near the bus and the tube station.
The borough is great.
Great location in a nice neighborhood so close to a very expensive area and yet quite affordable. Pedro was a great host and the apartment fulfilled our expectations by far. We Would highly recommend this place and its very likely that we Will be back here. Rasmus and Sebrina
Pedro's flat is clean and has everything you need. It is located in a very nice neighbourhood. The tube station West Brompton is more or less just right outside the front door (you can also hop off at Earl's Court one stop before and walk about 15 minutes to the flat through a very nice and vivid area with lots of pubs and restaurants).
We did not meet Pedro in person since he was out of town but his housekeeper Paula patiently waited for us on the evening of check in (thanks again!). Communication with Pedro was easy, clear and quick. We did not need anything out of the ordinary but I am sure Pedro would try his best to help you any way he can.
The guest mattress (easy to inflate by the way) looked comfortable and our friend who slept on it confirmed this. For the little we needed WIFI was stable and fast! Shower is rather small but big enough (I am quite tall myself).
So we can definitely recommend Pedro's flat!
Pedro's flat was superb and exactly as described. My fiance, myself, and my friend all stayed for 5 nights and we could not have been happier. The neighborhood was perfect for our stay and the proximity to the tube station was more than ideal. I have no complaints and recommend this flat to anyone looking to immerse themselves to the London culture.
Pedro met us at the flat for both of our stays, and was very accommodating with a late arrival the second time. The flat was very comfortable and in an excellent location, with lots of markets and restaurants nearby, and only a couple minute walk to the tube station.
Pedro's apartment is wonderful, very close to West Brompton station and in a nice area. The apartment is comfortable and exactly as we'd imagined, and gives out a nice, truly London vibe. Everything you need for a great London experience is at hand - from the pizza place around the corner to a dishwasher and laundry in the apartment's kitchen. Would definitely recommend staying at Pedro's!
We like the apartment for its proximity to the tube station (about 5 mins' walk). We are of the opinion that it is a clean, serene and yet safe neighborhood. Heading to tourist attractions, such as train terminal (Paddington station), Harrods (Knightsbridge station), one of the pick-up/drop-off points for the hop-on/hop-off buses (Green Park station), Piccadilly Circus for shopping, food and beverages, souvenir and Leceister Square for Chinese dim-sums just to name a few are also a few stations away from West Brompton. Turning to the interior of the residence, it is well decorated with paintings which also has a TV, Bose speaker (it fits iPod/iPhone 4 or 4S only; for 5 or 5s you will need another cable/plug-in) and Internet, etc. You can barely hear any noise once you are inside the apartment. If you are getting ready for the day trip and before you leave home, you may want to enjoy your own home-cooked/prepared breakfast with the window shade raised or make necessary adjustments to let the morning sunlight beam through the living room. If you prefer to eat out for your breakfast, lunch or even supper, eateries (comprised of many varieties of cuisines, pharmacies/drug stores, supermarkets and fast-food chains such as McDonald's and Subway) are all within walking distance (about 10 minutes). Need cash withdrawals or want to celebrate the trip with alcoholic beverages, they can also be found on the same stretch of road. The bedroom has a bed which is good enough for two persons; in the spacious living room, you will find a firm sofa bed. Comforters, blankets, pillows and towels, etc. are nicely folded/organized and kept in a huge wardrobe inside the bedroom. There is a washing machine in which your clothes can be cleaned first and spun dry later (you do not have to wait for your clothes to be cleaned and then program it to spin dry the contents as the washer can be pre-programmed before you leave home for your sightseeing trip). All necessary utensils, including kettle, small-sized refrigerator, bowls, plates, mugs, cups, stainless steel forks and spoons, etc. can be found in a rather spacious kitchen at your disposal. Manually-controlled/adjusted heater is in the kitchen as well. Toilet is separated from the shower so that no time will be wasted. An iron is available in case you need to iron your wrinkled shirts or pants. Pedro is very friendly and helpful, responsive to e-mails, texts and phone calls. Pedro travels a lot and therefore may not be able to answer all your questions promptly but nonetheless whenever he was in town he never failed to call and check on us. Paula is the caretaker of Pedro's residence who greeted us upon our arrival. We also called Paula to seek her advice on a few things, including directions and how to dispose of the trash. Paula is very approachable and helpful in many ways, too. In summary, we enjoyed our stay in London and thanked Pedro and Paula for providing...
Pedro is a great host. The apartment has an excellent location and the accommodations are really good. He was waiting for us on our arrival and informed us about everything we needed to know. We loved our stay at the apartment and recommend it.
Pedro was very easy to communicate with. Prior to my arrival we coordinated for my check in time, which was very flexible, and his housekeeper was waiting for me at the flat to open the door. He was also very responsive via text message, which proved helpful.
The neighborhood is really good, very convenient to the Tube and very safe. It's within walking distances of both Earl's Court and West Brompton station and there are a few pubs and grocery stores around.
The apartment itself is small but the three of us fit okay in it. My parents had the room and I had an inflatable mattress which was comfortable enough for the two nights we spent there. The bathroom and shower are very small, so one thing to keep in mind if you're tall. There's also not a lot of room in the bathroom in general.
The one thing that I thought wasn't great was that there was food left in the fridge when I arrived, it might have been because I arrived earlier than expected (one hour) and the housekeeper hadn't finished cleaning the flat but it wasn't very pleasant.
Great having you in my apartment! Also left my a little surprise.. Thanks!
Pedro is a very nice guest : very reliable, communicative and respectfull. I definitely recommand Pedro to other host ! :)
