Between January - I run a kid's video game and toy company based in Hong Kong, live mostly in Taipei, and rent out a house in the mountains outside Seattle.
Insanely allergic to cats, and moderately allergic to seafood. Other than location and cleanliness, my priority for housing/lodging is an awesome shower.
Have lived in more than 20 different homes and apartments in a couple of different countries, and traveled to 47 states and about 30 countries. I've done *a lot* of solo travel, and some traveling with my family. Most exotic location so far was a thread of mountain villages in northwestern Haiti, lots of voodoo and no infrastructure or government services of any kind. Best lodging so far was Villa Joss in Seminyak, Bali, awesome pool-centric private villa, but the staff made it perfect. Worst travel experience was getting moderately tortured with wooden implements by Chinese government doctors in Urumqi, near the China-Kazakhstan-Mongolia border.
