We did not appreciate his attitude accusing us for something that we did not do. Therefore we would like to make clarification.
Chris accused us that
1. we charged more which actually there were 2 guests staying and he only paid for one person by airbnb (airbnb only charged for one person, we still have the receipt from airbnb as a proof). So in total he paid only for 3 days for himself and he refused to pay for the other guest.
2. he accused us that we resell his beds which we DID NOT resell his beds (we have cctv as a proof that we never sell his bed to other person). We actually already reserved 2 beds for him and informed him which beds were his beds. From what we heard, He actually gave away the bed by himself to another person. We already talked to the person who took his bed that night, but he said Chris didn't say anything and let him sleep on his bed.
As he already know this is dorm room and our staff is only there until 7 pm (we could not be responsible of other guests behavior), thus if after 7 pm there is somebody sleep on your bed and you did not like it, you should talk to other guest by yourself, otherwise the other guest will think that you don't mind.
From our side, Chris did not follow the rules (cancellation without prior notice) and also troubled us by saying that he wanted to extend (we already reserved for him and reject people who would like to stay on that day) but he just left and failed to pay even the remaining amount.
