I live with my girlfriend and our son in Lystrup, just north of Aarhus (the "second city" of Denmark). I work at a digital consultancy called Seismonaut.
My mother was from London and my father from Denmark, so I've always been a traveller. I've lived in both England and Denmark, and have now settled in Denmark.
Because of our son we mostly travel comfortably now, preferring to rent homes with buggy access or hotels with good children's facilities. We are avid users of Airbnb, and have used the service in Venice, London, Rome, Copenhagen and numerous other places in Europe. We've yet to have a bad experience.
As guests we are calm and quiet and will take good care of any home, we are lucky enough to be invited to be guests in. We own a house ourselves, and know how to look after things.
Minor disclaimer: The company I work for has on occasion worked with Airbnb on different projects.
