I had a great stay at katja'a. Sadly I didn't meet her as she was away but she was very quick and communicative whenever I had any questions and her home was lovely. John Paul her house sharer was also lovely and most accommodating!
'Thank you for accommodating me at your place while you were away Katja.' - Katja was very hospitable. Her home is quiet, easy to get to in a good location in South Dublin.
Katja was very friendly, even if she had to rush she took some time to introduce herself and made us feel comfortable
Katja was an excellent host. The location was very convenient for town. I was able to park outside and walk into the city in 20 minutes. Excellent value for money.
Katja was very easy-going about my arrival time, about using the kitchen and the living-room and other things necessary for good accomodation. I found a huge, ready-made, warm bed in a quiet household (I slept very well) and Katja was even so kind as to offer me her bike for getting about in the city.
I also met her kids, which are lovely.
Katja's clean house lies in a quiet and noble neighbourhood; it is small and old, a bit cluttered (lots of kids' stuff and old furniture) and a bit damp with noisy waterpipes, but altogether charming. There is a small court (for the family's car) and a small, charming garden tucked in between the walls of the neighbouring premises.
I had a great stay with Katja and her family! The neighbourhood is very safe and it's within walking distance of the city centre (if you like walking :) ~25 min). Shops are close by and they have a full working kitchen that I was able to use freely.
Great room. Clean bed, clean bathroom.
Katja is lovely and so is the family. Would stay again.
The house is pleasant and the area (Ballsbridge) around is enjoyeable.
In 25 minutes, I joined the center town after crossing the beautiful Stephen Park. In the way to come back at the house, you have a pub, pizzeria, spars and others little shops.
In the house, I could use the kitchen (for me : fridge, microwave and gas stove). The room is convenient (big bed, shelves, cupboard and table).
Katja give access easily at the television or washing machine. All were simple with her. I had a house key and I could come back when I wanted.
Katja is kind, and every days she get news about me, it was enjoyeable for me.
The room is very nice with a comfy bed (big enough for 2) and closet space. Quiet area with plenty of fresh air - I slept great. The house is situated in the very posh Ballsbridge, not far away from the American embassy and right next to Herbert park. It's a 30-40 minute walk to Temple Bar and the downtown area.
Katja is curios and friendly, and she has two lovely kids. I moved out but needed a place to store my bags, and Katja immediately let me keep them at her place. She provided wifi and morning coffee as well. Highly recommended!
Katja lives in a very beautiful quater of south Dublin ! There is a bus station right next to the house but we also walked to the center and it was ok (1/2 an hour- 3/4 an hour). She welcomed us friendly, and even provided us breakfast because we had not any. the room is nice. we did'nt see each other a lot, we were a lot in town, but she left us a key so that we were fully autonomous.
