This bnb was out on the farm and Jo was kind to allow us to book at the last minute!
The room and bed was comfortable and we were able to put our groceries on fridge overnight.
We didn't have the opportunity to meet Jo as we arrived later in the evening and she worked early in the morning.
We had a brief stay with Jo and it was just what we needed after a full day in Sedona. Her home is really cool with a bunch of vintage music decor. She and her dogs were very welcoming. Thanks for a great stay!
Not bad for our first AirBnB experience! Jo provided a clean room of decent size with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom for dedicated guest use. The house is in a quiet rural residential neighborhood, and the numbers posted by the drive made it easier to find in the (website hidden) is accommodating, friendly, and unassuming. She makes it easy for you to have your own space
My only complaint is that the two smallest of her three dogs are barky and growly--especially after Jo leaves for work. They stay quiet until you leave your room, and then it's a bit of a gauntlet until you get out the door--although it's all bark and no bite. When Jo is home, she is quick to ameliorate the situation.
The price is right, and I felt safe and comfortable here. I would return.
Jo was very hospitable with treats left out and a very comfortable room and bed.
The Dogs were a little protective of the place but warmed up to us after awhile. Beautiful countryside all around her property. Thanks for opening up your house to us

It's good place.
I relaxed there.
Jo was absolutely wonderful. We were running a little bit behind as we tried to see everything in the Flagstaff/Verde Valley area. She was completely welcoming to us coming in late and left great instructions for us to arrive at such a time.
She had great treats set out for us and has a great map for visitors to mark where they're coming from. Super cool.
Simply put, Jo is the best.
Even if we have not been at Jo place (because we changed our plans ) she was very nice and understandable with us. Camp verde is very close to Sedona and in beautiful landscape big cactus and red mountains like in western movies.
Jo was a friendly and welcoming host--she had chocolate-covered pretzels waiting for us. Access to her place was easy. Room and neighborhood was peaceful. It snowed during our stay, which made it even more beautiful and peaceful. I arrived with a bad cold but her home was warm, the bed was very comfortable (I am picky about beds), and there was ample hot water. She even offered a heating pad. Her three fluffy dogs were lively and barked some after Jo left for work, but after they saw who was in the room, they were satisfied and were quiet. I think they have to adjust to the different guests. When I recovered, it was an easy and scenic drive to Sedona.
My boyfriend and I stayed the night here after visiting Sedona and then headed back to California the next day. It was great! Not too far from Sedona, quiet, comfortable, cute, private bath. Just what we needed :) Thanks Jo!
Great Room. Really comfortable bed. Really good wifi, although mind your p's and q's on the password. As for the host, Jo is really great lady. She offered me beers while I was there and was accommodating to my late arrival. I am a dog person so I enjoyed Jo's dogs but they would be overwhelming for somebody who was skiddish around animals.
