I'm from Chevy Chase, MD, near Washington DC. I'm 20 years old (21 in August 2012) with a passion for becoming a world class chef. I worked for 5 years (intern then paid employee) for Cityzen Restaurant in the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in DC, then interned at Mugaritz (Recently rated the 3rd best restaurant in the world) in San Sebastian, Spain for 8 months. I've also worked at Red Medicine in LA, followed by 30 days at Alinea in Chicago, then to Copenhagen to work at AOC and Noma (Rated the #1 rated restaurant in the world). My plan is to educate myself by working for the best chefs in the world and develop a network of people and experiences to build my career.
