I am someone who enjoys my home and garden and am happy to share it with others. Until last year, I was a research analyst for a large public sector union and before that taught for Indiana University’s Labor Studies Department. I have a degree in Economics and currently teach that subject part-time at Sacramento City College - right next door to my home! I guess you would have to classify me as a nerd, but I don’t think I come across as particularly nerdy as I enjoy many of the same things everyone else enjoys! …like hiking in the Sierra, bicycling, cooking and gardening. Not to mention being hooked on certain television dramatic series that never seem to end! And I love people.
I am a single person who enjoys her single-hood! It has given me the freedom to move and work where I wanted, to travel, and to go back to graduate school, changing careers in midlife!
