It's was my first air BnB experience and it was great. Adams was very accommodating. Nice, convenient location and very safe. No problems or complaints.
Fantastic unit! Adams was a gracious host and provided a great unit for my stay in Portland. The space is huge and welcoming. Awesome complex as well. In the heart of the city and able to walk anywhere in a matter of minutes. Will definitely be staying here next time I'm in town!
The apartment was lovely and modern with a beautiful view. Adams was accommodating and easy to reach by text. We will keep this location in mind for another trip to PDX.
Host was to the nice and straightforward. The room has a large Queen-sized bed, little kitchenette, bathroom + shower, and spacious living room area, which is really nice for a couple.
The listing was loud as expected, mainly due to the walls being thing (I could hear the neighbor playing music on their stereo pretty clearly, but it didn't bother us. Outside on the street there isn't too much noise (actually pretty quiet).
Location was great - most of the bars and shopping were in our area, so we could walk out and be right where the action was (Deschutes Brewpub and some cool cocktail lounges all nearby).
Location was great and Adams has a good thing going to make both checking in and out easy on the guest. There was also a secure (garage) parking space which is a premium for the neighborhood. I would definitely stay again.
I stayed at this apartment over President's day weekend and it was a really great experience. The place was brand new and it had a cool modern vibe to it.
Location-wise, everything was about a 5 minute drive away and there were a few good restaurants/bars within a block of the apartment.
It is on the first floor and the apartment is a little open to the street view, but that was the only real detraction that we found.
Adam was a very nice and helpful host. He even helped me with my suitcase. He was accommodating and gave me suggestions of places to go. His place was accurate to the pictures. If you like an open space with lots of natural light, then you will love this loft. I really enjoyed sitting on his chair while reading a book.
Number one best part about Adams' place? LOCATION. We walked everywhere, and were close to everything. Just a few short blocks from Burnside and the MAX stop is about a ten minute walk away (even when bogged down with heavy luggage).
As some of the other posts mentioned, the space is right on a busy street, and it can get quite loud. The bed is also a bit stiff. Other than that, my significant other and had a great stay, and would stay again.
The reservation was canceled 145 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
A nice modern place, close to so many things. Light rail is nearby, affording you easy access to Portland. Highly recommended.
Great guest - Rick stayed in my place for a few days and was very nice and respectful with everything - Would highly recommend val !
