Response from Jonathan:
I'm sorry that James wasn't completely satisfied with his stay. I would just like to expand on the issues James experienced. When James arrived at the block he called and said he was inside the block as one of the neighbours had let him in. I told him I was going to be 20 mins because of the snow (I actually arrived within 15 mins) and he told me it was no problem, he was going to go for something to eat nearby with his colleagues who had picked him up from the airport. After over an hour he sent me a text to say he would be another 20 mins and actually arrived 50 mins later. In total I waited for him for over 2 hours.
Second issue, if there was actually a problem with the incoming internet signal then according to James it was for a total of two hours one morning. With this you need to take into consideration two days of heavy snow and strong winds and the fact that we have received, over the past two years, a huge amount of business and tourist travellers and this is the first time the internet has been an issue. Also, as a side note, if the internet is so 'crucial', then travelling with a back-up might be a good idea...internet issues can happen anytime, anywhere.
