I'm a nurse who loves pondering the big questions in life, and I love to garden.
We really enjoyed staying with Trish and her family, we felt like we were staying in a 'real American' home. Trish is a really trusting soul, leaving us in sole occupancy of her home. The house is in a great location, quiet and tranquil, great view of Bishop's Peak, and within easy reach of restaurants and the town shops. We had a great time - didn't realise S.L.O. was such a nice place.
I visited SLO for my nephew's graduation from CalPoly. The Master suite is truly spacious and looks out upon a backyard garden. The home is well located making it easy to get around town and affords a terrific view of Bishop Peak.
Trish made sure I was comfortable and all my needs were met. Plush towels and plenty of toiletries made the place seem luxurious. Her generous gestures with her kitchen goodies was very much appreciated.
Even though she wasn't there when I was there her warmth was apparent and inviting.
I had a wonderful stay.
Trish was a very accommodating hostess. She trusted us to stay in her home alone and it was very much appreciated.
Trisha was great host!!!!! After having to cancel one reservation because of a business trip and having another host cancel on us, Trisha stepped in and saved our weekend! Although the reservation was "room available" Trisha was gone most of the time allowing us to have the place to ourselves. Awesome host, we'll def return!
Trish is a most excellent host, thoughtful and meticulous without being overbearing. She welcome us into her home and helped make our trip to SLO even more special. Resident hens and baby chicks are a thrill to watch. And the eggs are real breakfast treats. The view of Bishop Peak from the back door is spectacular. Trish thoughtfully provides various toiletries, clean towels, snacks, and fruits for guests to use.
My boyfriend and I were on a little road trip on the 1 towards San Francisco. We stayed with Trish in SLO, and headed out to Morro Bay for the biggest Oysters I've ever eaten.
Needless to say, we were able to enjoy her lovely guest room which was tidy and clean.
Thanks for your trust Trish!
Just what we needed - a quiet retreat (suburban area) with an amazingly comfy bed, great bathroom, and nice garden. Plus: a great host!! Unfortunately, we didn't get to meet, but would have loved to. We also missed out on enjoying the outside fireplace at night, but we appreciated that it was offered.
I was running late and had to come by after a wedding I had to go to. Trish was a great host and my expectations were far exceeded.
Trish was a great hostess, leaving us alone in the house for most of our stay and providing everything we'd need, down to toiletries and fresh eggs from the chickens out back. We enjoyed our stay!
Trish was very accommodating - especially given the fact that the stay was planned with less than 24 hours notice!
Trish is an ideal guest to have in your home. She is incredibly respectful and leaves your home immaculately clean. She was great to communicate with and we would have her stay in our home anytime. Wish all our guests were as good as her and her group.
Trish and a guest stayed with me for two nights in March 2012. They were great guests and I'd be happy to have them back any time. I am a new host to Airbnb and still getting out the kinks in my rental- i.e. remembering to tell people that after they park in the garage my unit doesn't have a back door and they need to walk back to the front of the house to enter my unit. But Trish was patient and forgiving! They left my apartment no worse for the wear and very clean.
Trish is one of my favorite people! She is a great conversationalist; it's easy to get lost in the infinite questions of the universe, or laugh over some mundane detail about a daily incident. She lives in a great town and knows the beautiful places to explore, rest, read, snack, or get a good cup of coffee. She's creative, honest, laid back and makes a great host.
