The apartment was beautiful, very well located near the subway and really confortable. Description was very accurate.
The only thing i can point is that the kitchen wasn't equipped to use and cook everyday, no microwave or pans really. There was an oven we can use.
Theo was very considerate host. He welcomed us with a chocolate and he always gave immediate responses .
The apartment has great style and was exactly what I needed for the week. It's conveniently located and easy to get into the city. I would definitely stay there again.
Ted's apartment was great! The space was really comfortable and located ideally in the Bed-Stuy neighborhood near the subway. Would definitely recommend this space and would stay here again in the future!
Everything was as promised. Ted was really helpful and quick to respond. The neighbourhood has a really interesting history (check it out on Wikipedia) which was a good contrast to Manhattan.
Ted's apartment was clean and warm. We stayed here in November, and it was very cold outside, but the apartment was nice. The apartment has a large front hallway that we used to store our luggage. There was always a free parking space for our car on the street outside. There was no TV, but we enjoyed using the stereo. We were provided with clean sheets and towels.
The apartment is in a cool neighborhood. Walk one direction and we quickly came to a busy street in a diverse neighborhood with good Jamaican food. Walk in the other direction and there were the best doughnuts ever in a quieter section of Brooklyn. There was a cute coffee shop right on the corner of our block.
We spent most of our time in Brooklyn, but we could have easily taken the subway into Manhattan.
The only thing we would have changed would be the addition of a couch in the living room. There were chairs to sit in, but a couch would have been more cozy.
Ted is a great host. Everything was well prepared when we arrived! The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable and we could layed on the backyard! We definitely will come back to Ted's if we ever go back to New York :)
Some really nice, decent people who also rent out their own flat it sees. Everything was perfect on return and we wouldn't hesitate to have them here again. Thanks for being nice to the apartment and hope you guys enjoyed the neighbourhood.
Is a very reliable guest who takes very good care of your home. He shows great respect, communication was excellent and I would very much invite him back or recommend him for others.
Theodore is very nice and accurate guy. He came to make an urbanism workshop for students of Strelka Institute and they spent last weekend at my appartment. He and his friends are real newyorkers - they enjoy walk around instead using subway. They even walk from Smolenskaya to my appartment with their luggage, and then walk from Oktyabrskaya to Paveletskaya with their luggage too. It's 2-3 subway stops from my home, but they prefer walking.
