This garage apartment is very nice, modern, and very clean. Leah was able to get it cleaned on short notice, so she helped us out. Location is good because it's close to Zilker, Soco, and 1st street, but it is right on Oltorf, a busy road so be aware there is some road noise. We would definitely have guests stay here again.
We were in Austin for a week and loved Leah's apartment. It was very modern and decorated nicely . It was so clean and had everything we needed. I was most impressed with the bed . It was very comfortable and the linens were pristine. You don't find that very often. The bathroom was very clean and decorated so nicely . I even had my son and his girlfriend over for dinner. She has a well equipped kitchen. She has a microwave and cooktop. I kind of missed an oven but was able to bake at my son's condo. It is in a great area close to everything . Overall, it was a great experience. Thanks Leah!
Fantastic place and beautifully designed! Stayed for an entire week and ideal for 2-3 people. Leah included a bottle of wine as well as 8 beer which were nice touches to our stay. Kitchen had pots/pans and dishes for about 4 people as well as picnic supplies. The bed was memory foam with fluffy down comforter. Ceiling fans in bed/living rooms, and the a/c was awesome! Jacuzzi tub was perfect and the bathroom was great! Black out curtains and frosted glass front door gave perfect privacy! Leah and her husband were so kind and very welcoming! They even let us borrow tools to fix our car battery and we got to try some amazing home brewed beer (too bad it's not sold commercial yet!) Parking and bikes were a plus. Location is close to many great food trucks, restaurants, Barton Springs, and down town. Can't wait to stay here again!
Place is as advertised.

Love this place! We stayed a week and it felt like home. Bed is super comfy, everything was super clean, great coffee, good stereo TV, and the 6 pack in the fridge all added to our great experience.
Leah is as nice and attentive as anyone can be. We loved how comfortable she made us feel.
The place feels safe and secure and parking for 2 cars was also a bonus!
We are local Austinites and love that Leah is providing a great service with a friendly local Austin vibe.
My 1st experience with Airbnb and this apartment in South Austin went great. The photos and description by the owner accurately detail the modern apartment and awesome location. Leah is a wonderful host that was very informative and helpful. My family and I will definitely be staying here next time we're in Austin.
Leah's apartment is fantastic! Exactly as advertised and so much more. Clean and comfortable as well as perfectly located, this place is where you want to stay in Austin. I highly recommend this great little place.
Leah's place is simply awesome. It's a new space with clean, modern style and touches. Why stay in a hotel when you can stay here? Being in a neighbourhood lends that local feel, and the proximity to 1st, South Congress and downtown makes this a great homebase for your travels. Amenities are great, the bed is comfy and the bathroom has slick design.
Check in and check out were painless and smooth, and everything was just comfortable. Leah's super communicative and her hospitality extends beyond just the space.
We'd definitely come back and stay here.
alright, so let me just say this. leah's apartment is freaking amazing, and so is leah. it's small, but not too small, loaded with amenities and there was even a bike available for me to ride if i wanted.
it's incredibly clean, bright and modern. just a quick bus ride to downtown too which was very convenient. (or, again, a bike ride)
being there for SXSW, i'm glad i didn't stay in a hotel as i really felt i was at home here. i'd recommend this to ANYONE looking for a home away from home, since it's nice and quiet.
back to leah. she's very attentive and responsive with questions. i even simply asked if there was starch at the apartment and she bought some for me. really, really appreciated. even the small things.
Hardly knew she was there! Great guest.
