Judy has written a rather bitter review about me as a person in response to a fair and accurate account of our experience of the listing "enjoy amazing sunsets" in the Hamptons NY.
I am sorry Judy has responded so defensively and personally to my description of our experience, she clearly finds it hard to accept any criticism at all! In my view it is an important feature of the airbnb review process that guests are invited to feed back and if necessary alert future guests if things are not as they should be. If Judy can’t respect the customer review process then one wonders why she is part of the airbnb community?
This was not personal, quite the opposite, the focus was on the condition of the room, bed and in particular the shower.
