In one word: perfect!!
perfect location , charming street, wonderful apartment.
Very clean and well equipped kitchen .
There is a supermarket in the street.
If it's cold , ask Patrizia to open the central heating for more hours.
We will be back.
Lovely apartment and great location right in the heart of Rome!
Patrizia was there to greet us and made the check in and out super easy. Would highly recommend. Thanks Patrizia!
Patrizia was a very good host. Communication before visit very helpful. Location of apartment fantastic!
This historic apartment is as gorgeous as the photos, and in a perfect location to explore historic Rome. Located on one of the charming cobblestone streets just a few minutes stroll to the Piazza Navona, we loved this spacious, super clean apartment. We were a husband and wife couple and two female friends, and it was perfect. The kitchen is located off the entry foyer and stocked with all your basics. We took the interior master bedroom with the king bed and had the red full bathroom just across the hall. The girls decided to sleep in one of the twin bedrooms with the balcony and use the second twin bedroom as their "dressing room" and they loved their beautiful white marble full bathroom. The living room was comfortable and elegant, and we loved the windows that opened to the street below, where the cheerful clatter of the restaurants made us feel a part of Rome. With the windows and shutters closed, the noise off these bedrooms isn't so bad, and if you are noise sensitive, you might download a noise app to your phone and turn that on in the night (be sure and lock up your street windows at night for safety, as you would anywhere you stay in Rome). With the interior hall door closed, we didn't hear any street noise in the master king bedroom. We tried several of the restaurants along the street (including the Irish Pub which was delicious), the Gelateria Frigidarium (divine!), and the Enoteca just down the street to restock on wine and liquor. There were several antique, clothing and vintage clothing shops on the same street for great shopping, and it was just a few blocks from Campo dei Fiori where they have a daily food and merchant market with varying merchants. You can easily walk anywhere in historic Rome within 30 or so minutes, including the Vatican which only took us 15-20 minutes. Great apartment, location and will return in the future. Highly recommend!
Patrizia was wonderful and very helpful with tips about the neighborhood. The apartment was great and we would definitely rent it again. There can be a good deal of street noise in the evening if the windows are open. But it gets quiet later in the evening when all the restaurants and cafés close. This should not be a problem unless someone wanted to go to bed very early in the evening. But with the windows closed. It is rather quiet.
Patrizia was very accomodating and it wasn't a problem for our family to stay an extra night on late notice. The apartment is right in the heart of Piazza Navona. You couldn't get any closer to shops and cafes. The apartment is very clean and has all the amenities for a few days stay.
Patrizia met us at the apartment and made us feel right at home. We were in Rome returning from a lengthy cruise with LOTS of baggage. She arranged a pick up and transfer to the airport at the end of our stay that accommodated our luggage as well as saving money and being extremely convenient.
The apartment was comfortable and in a great location! Step out the front door and there are cafe's and excellent restaurants right across the street. We could not have had a better experience during our stay in Rome
This apartment certainly delivered on location! Ideally located so close to Piazza Navona and was perfect for our requirements (3 adults). Not sure it would be suitable for families with children under 6 as the stairs are quite steep.
Patrizia communicated well and kindly offered to organise private airport transfer which was seamless and trouble free! Unfortunately Patrizia was unable to meet us but sent her friend Silvia who was lovely and had some suggestions as to places to eat and explore.
The only criticism was the fact that despite 10am being a verbally agreed time (with Silvia) to check out, we had the cleaners arrive at 9 which was pretty disconcerting and a little rude.
