Nikki was so nice and very flexible with our ever changing schedule. Her house was easy to find and very clean. The bed was also very comfortable. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves, and highly recommend staying here.
iit's such a nice experience to live in Nikail's house. it is a perfect place for someone need to spend a night or two when traveling in Atlanta. Even though we didn't see Nikail in person, she wrote everything in email, so it was very easy and convienet for us to get into the house.

The property is exactly as described, really nice sized rooms and garden and porch. Really cute little house to stay in. Found the neighbourhood to be safe and very hipster, nearby bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed staying here. But..we did see one or two cockroaches; however would definitely recommend.
The house is beautiful, if you find it. Also the surrounding is very nice, like in a village, but we had troubles to get there. Don't trust taxi drivers, don't trust bus operators, only uncle (website hidden) (if you have the internet access) said truth. Remember: the bus no 32 from the subway station five point (BTW be careful in this part of the downtown - isn't nice, particulary in the dark) to the stop Walker/Confederate and 10 minutes by walk. The rest was absolutely ok. The room convenient, the host nice and welcoming.
Very casual booking and process, overall. Being that I was arriving in town at a later time in the afternoon of my check-in date, flexibility was certainly appreciated. Location-wise, the neighborhood was quiet and fairly convenient to downtown Atlanta. The home, itself, was much more cozy (not to be confused with "lacking space") in-person than expressed through pictures and was well-stocked with all things necessary for an overnight stay--for the price, it was quite the surprise. I enjoyed my stay and would certainly book again.
The house is quiet and peaceful and has a minimalist aesthetic. Our bedroom had a big, comfortable bed. Nikail is a gracious and welcoming host. She gave us recommendations for things to do nearby and helped us find a grocery store. We walked around in the neighborhood, which felt safe and was pedestrian friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Nikki was very helpful with the information that she gave us about the area. Her house was clean and comfortable and convenient to downtown and Broad Ripple. The canal is at the north end of her street with a bicycle trail alongside, and the North Meridian Street Historic District is close by. The Monon Bicycle Trail is also close.
This was a great place to use as my base during a week at the Mecum collector car auction at the Fairgrounds nearby. Convenient, comfortable and stocked with necessities. The neighborhood looked a little edgy in advance but upon arrival turned out to be friendly and secure. A positive first experience with Airbnb and Nikail's Butler Bungalow.
Nikail and her guest were quiet, clean, and super respectful of the space! My highest recommendations to Nikail regarding any future booking/hosting inquiries.
With Nakail's long association with Airbnb, I was honored to have her for a guest. Many thanks for the communication tips I learned. Welcome back anytime.
Great guest and the condo was left in good shape! Two thumbs up!
Great guest, easy to work with and coordinate check in and check out. Thank you again for staying. Cheers!
I have stayed at Nikki's house as a guest several times and absolutely love her adorable bungalow. It is super comfortable, has beautiful woodwork and is accessible to so many wonderful places in Broad Ripple and downtown Indianapolis. I would recommend her and her home to anyone looking for the perfect place to stay while exploring Indianapolis.:)
