The flat is big and located in a nice and quite area, but we had some problems with the owner. He wanted us to pay for electricity (this is not specified in the description of the apartment), but we didn't pay also because there were other problems: hot water only in 1 bathroom; water issues in both bathrooms (there was water all the time on the floor coming from nobody knows where!); the place, specially the bathrooms, was dirty at our arrival, and we spent the first day cleaning; some services listed in the description were missing: towels, shampoo, dryer, hydro-massage. One of the 3 bedrooms was infestated by biting insects, and we spent more than 30 euros to buy several products to clean the room and heal the insects bites. What hurted us the most was the owner's disrespectful and unprofessional attitude. Despite we complained since the first moment about these issues, he refused to admit that it was his fault. we showed him pictures of the dirty toilets and he even argued that the picture was not taken in his flat! Until the very last moment he asked for the electricity fee that again was not indicated anywhere on the website. We would not recommend this flat to anyone.

The host was very helpful and cooperative. The place itself was clean, nice and though the power went off a lot in cairo - power issues all over the countries - the area this apartment was in had very little issues with this.
The apartment was comfortable and convenient for anyone who wants to either do paperwork for practically anything or visit the sights in cairo.
All in all .. decent place and would recommend it.
No water in the entire apartment--he was available and came himself and
tried to fix it--only worked in one bathroom, not the other one or the
kitchen--so meaning no washer/dryer, no kitchen sink water, and the only
bathroom with water had no lights and no shower curtain
Secondly the power cut-off for the entire flat--left second time to have it
fixed, returned fixed but still hot water heater in the only bathroom with
didn't work, and still no lights in that bathroom AC in living room was
weak and not cooling so you're sweating in the living room TV channels
didn't change--maybe problem with remotes (unless you're okay with watching
one indian channel 24/7 its fine--for me no.
