I am a world traveller in the US and Internationally conducting my consulting assignments. I have a number of locations throughout the US and intending to have places in other parts of the world where I could call home. Unless, I clone myself, I will not be at any of the locations at the same time. (at least not yet ;-)
Yet, I maintain these places ensuring that I have a place to go back to when ever I want. Needless to say, I am not a fan of the Hotels and their nuances (you know, the impersonal treatments, and always getting charged more and more and receiving less time after time).
I make my places available fully furnished with brand new appliances, to include a brand new 55 inch ultra thin flat screen and all accessories (PS3, Sound setup) and a 36" new flat screen in the bedroom, brand new furniture, to include tempur-pedic bed.
My family lives in Europe and my favorite travel destination is Switzerland. As a host, I have been told that I am very meticulous about providing a clean and orderly environment. My guests have always been happy staying in my places, as can be verified via the candid reviews. When I am around, I often surprise my guests, with a nice bottle of wine (or two) and a great array of appetizers (sometimes full dinner/s).
Although I do not make providing such services an ongoing event or a promise. It just depends on the occasion and if I am nearby. I am an extremely picky traveler and I also love being a host always putting myself in the shoes of my guests trying to make them feel at home.
My goal is to have many like minded, nice people and professionals as my guests. The typical profile of my guests are people that love to travel and love their freedom where they stay, without sacrificing comfort, security and absolute luxury at an affordable price.
Facebook: After years of fighting it, this past December 2012, I relented and signed up on Facebook (Thanks Bianca). Ever since, I have kept the number of friends in a satirical fashion to 1.
