Not a very nice experience. I tried to contact twice before Sorayas arrival. No answer. When I finally got an answer, it was the afternoon-night before, saying that she would not be able to come and asking for a refund. I immediately sent an sms saying that payment and refund is through airbnb according to the cancellation policy. The guest says she never got my answer, so I am really sorry about it, but I answered...anyway. I am asking: what was I supposed to refund when I kept the room till the last minute for her and the cancellation was done with less than 24 h. She knew the cancellation policy when she booked... and if not sufficient, that guest left a negative feedback...
