I am sorry to hear that you feel we did not take care of your space. We actually stripped all the beds and put washing on a pile ready to be taken to the laundry, this is why the towels were on the floor. It was a deliberate attempt to help the cleaner. We would not have left rubbish in the apartment apart from in the rubbish bin, I did not see a request to deposit it somewhere else. As I said in the private review, the space was actually not that clean when we arrived, so I am surprised you are giving me this kind of feedback publicly.
In regards to communication, you did not want to be contacted via your mobile and we had intermittent internet before coming to Sydney, I did send an email with arrival details the night before we arrived. Airbnb hosts often use a key safe so we did not even know this was a problem.
We also did not request to leave the luggage but asked politely as we had discussed the possibility before. There was no problem when you said no.
Like I said in my review, this was a great place to stay, but after receiving this undeserved negative public feedback from Hugh I would not recommend the overall experience.
