My husband and I were in town for a tiny house conference and we ended our weekend with an overnight stay at the Little Green House. It was awesome experience. We will definitely stay here again.
So close to everything on Mississippi!
Perfect little house in a lovely neighbourhood. Highly recommended.
This house is a perfect location for anyone who wants to hang out in a cool neighborhood in Portland. It is one block away from breweries, great restaurants, shopping, and coffee. Parking is easily found on the street. The ladder is steep as warned but it is nice to have the couch option for those nervous about the ladder. This is a great place for anyone spending a night in Portland!
Cute little house in a great neighborhood. Rick was quick to answer any questions I had and there was plenty of room for myself, my wife and daughter. I would definitely stay here again.
Awesome!! We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Rick was helpful, the neighborhood was vibrant and in close proximity to travel, the food on the street was amazing. Just a great place to stay in Portland. Not to mention, the Tiny House experience was great and added a fun dimension to our stay.
This was our first experience using Airbnb and based on our stay with Rick, we will definitely be using this more often! Rick always responded by quickly and our arrival was smooth and easy! The house was clean and bright upon arrival and looked exactly as in the pictures. They were kind enough to provide basic toiletries and eating utensils. As for the loft be mindful of the slant ceiling, as my boyfriend found out the hard way several times! The bed was so comfy and soft and kept us warm throughout the night. Overall it was a fun and great experience for us and we will definitely be visiting again!
PS. There is no tv, but wifi available for computers and tablets
My husband and I had a wonderful time in this tiny home. We honestly missed the space once we returned home to our three bedroom two bath house. It's clean, cozy, simple, relaxing and fit all our needs. We sleep great and I'll admit I had concerns, my significant other is 6'8"... But he was very happy with our accommodations. Thanks so much you guys! We plan to stay next time will our little one :)
Our introduction to Portland brought a smile to our faces. Yes, we are staying at that bright green house. The inside was efficient and pretty nice. This isn't a 'lounge around the room' kind of place, but it is a great hub to get a game plan together for the day.
Location is great- walking distance from some cool restaurant and bar spots and less than a 10 minute drive to everything else.
I enjoyed my time. It was just what I needed. The only thing I can think of, that I'd add, would be quick instructions for what all the different light switches do. I figured it out, but I kept having to flip them one by one to get the right switch. Otherwise, I can now say I've lived in one of those tiny houses for a couple days.
Rick is a highly recommended guest I would have to say. He's easy going, clean and has great sense of humor. Nice guest!
Rick was clean, respectful and a great guest.
Would recommend him to any host.
Great to meet you Rick!
If you want to laugh and hear some great music, you must have Rick as a guest. He writes his own stuff!! We thoroughly enjoyed Rick and hope he makes his way back East again!
Rick and his partner Kristin were lovely people. They had just been travelling along the north coast so had plenty of amazing and interesting stories. As it was thanksgiving back home they had plenty of skyping to do but in between Skype chats we shared some interesting stories. They have a place in Portland if you are travelling through the area they would be great hosts.
