Great experience at the apartment. Nice decor and everything well arranged. Mary and Jerry are very communicative and responsive.
And the beautiful patio is a huge bonus!
The apartment was actually perfect for what we needed. Easily sleeps for people, is clean and well decorated, and is in a central location that is easy to get to. The representative from Red Angel was incredibly accommodating and made our experience that much easier. The neighborhood can get a little bit dodgy at night, but that wouldn't prevent me from staying in this apartment again.
This was a wonderful unit and really enjoyed the hospitality of our host. Thanks for making a very special weekend come alive!
Clean and convenient space near the SOMA/Mission border. The apartment is nicely updated and very private. The roofdeck is a nice amenity in the evenings, and it's super-convenient to stay 50ft from a Starbucks that opens at 4AM for an early-morning person like me. The included parking space is a huge bonus - I was there over a weekend, and it made it easy to have a rental car that allowed me to get out of the city and explore Napa.
We had a great time. Jerry arrived to meet us with a bottle of wine and was very helpful throughout our stay. I will definitely stay there again.
Such a fantastic place to stay and the host was absolutely amazing. We managed to lock the garage door opener in the garage and they came and let us in and were extremely accommodating.
Absolutely wonderful experience! The ease-of-access was such a relief. Jerry made everything SO simple and was just an overall great person to chat with. I was only here for two nights but I will definitely be staying longer next time. Thanks again!
Awesome view, great flat, very convenient location, highly recommended.
I was met by the owner of the apartment when I arrived from the airport. Our meeting was brief, and she was cordial although didn't seem to know much about the area, except to direct me not to walk down certain blocks. The apartment itself was very clean, well-furnished. For my purposes, it was fine: Keurig coffee machine with coffee cartridges; Nexxus hair products; plush towels. There is a large TV screen but it didn't seem connected to cable and on my final night, the wifi/internet connection stopped working.
The building is very nice, quiet. The location is in the Tenderloin, which is fine with me but if you aren't used to gritty neighborhoods, it might be a tad scary. Homeless people sometimes camp out on the block at night, and I wouldn't advise walking around the neighborhood past dark. I Ubered it everywhere so it wasn't a problem for me.
I didn't hear from the host or the management company at all during my trip, which again, was fine with me. There weren't maps or any personalized insights into SF; just a few requisite magazines like Dwell. Overall, it was a fine place to stay for a week of work. If I were visiting as a tourist, I would pick another neighborhood with more immediate dining and entertainment options.
Our host (Jerry) was amazing. Always available, extremely helpful. The unit was exactly as advertised and shown in the pictures - and even better if that's possible! The unit was sparkling clean and had all the amenities - we were thrilled with the bottle of win and chocolate! Great central, safe location, Uber was easy to get.
One of the friendliest and engaging guests to date in our "2Bed/2Bath facing LA Convention Ctr!" unit in Downtown Los Angeles. Communication from initial inquiry to check-out is top notch. Consider Carlos & Jerry as a blessing if they decide to book your place. I will host them again in a heartbeat. 5 STAR guests all the way!
