Response from Siuhei:
Dear Gianni, I just saw your review. I'm sorry that I was traveling at that time and was not able to host you personally. I believe this review is your respond to the Damange Charge and my negative review on you. My flatmate was surprised and informed me the wardrobe was completely ripped apart after you checked out. As this is our first negative review, so I'm taking this seriously. I do not want you to feel unfair or unhappy about the stay, I just want to find a fair and mutual solution. Part of the charm of the apartment IS the authentic Singapore character, the retro tiles, the bathroom and furniture. As Singapore is tiny and property is more and more expensive, these older apartments actually have more spacious living room, kitchen, bedrooms and higher ceiling height than new built, up to by 150%. Perhaps apartments are built more spacious in places you're from? Everything in the room stays the same of the pictures, a low bed, with a desk, leather bookshelf, cow skin carpet. NO Photoshop at all. (actually the wardrobe was provided in later for guest's convenience) I will check into the A/C as its the first time a guest complains about the A/C. I'll furthur investigate on the damage and hope we can find a mutually agreed fair solution. Thank you for your feedback.
