Growing up in the Northern Nevada, Sean Sette was blessed by the surroundings of Lake Tahoe. Enjoying, as well as respecting nature, was part of his upbringing. He attributes his competitive love for outdoor adventures and team sports to having the strong mindset to always push on. As a competitive athlete, Sean learned at a young age what proper nutrition could do to help attain goals and assist in the recovery time, which is crucial to an athlete and a business professional.
Sean believes there is nothing as gratifying as giving the gift of health. Combining his love for hospitality with a focus on a healthy lifestyle has always been the match he wanted to achieve. Today, he balances his time working endless hours in the luxury hospitality industry, helping our youth understand proper nutrition and fitness at the Boys and Girls club, pushing all boundaries at a nearby crossfit box, and trail runs with his favorite running partner “Cheerio,” his five year old white lab.
