Hi Kyriaki, thank you for your lovely review.
First and foremost, my cottage is a 3 minute walk away from the bus stop not from the city. It's a 10 minute walk to Stephens green park!! ( read all the other reviews) unless you feel like strolling which could be easily done as their is quite a bit to look at.
The room you stayed in for 3 nights is a lovely bright room with a perfectly fine working skylight. ( all you had to do was ask Barbara how to open it, just as you asked her for her phone number in case you needed something else)!
There were 3 mould spots in your room, ( for that I sincerely apologize ) The room was closed for a few weeks. The mould spot could have been easily solved if you flagged it when you checked in, as I have a cleaner. ( the room was in no way smelly) I had other guest there ROSARIO MY REVIEW BELOW whilst away in the second bedroom and they ASSURED ME that there was no smell what so ever) The same guest's Kyriaka that were kind enough to invite you along for New Year's evening to the city centre) As they were under no obligation to entertain you!
My bathroom had a few spot on the ceiling, which is kind of normal for the winter as it's a 250 years old home. However they are always cleaned!!
Regarding the price, you got a steal it was during the New Years.
You are the first guest that did not feel comfortable walking around the hip and safe neighbourhood I reside in. Surely each to their own.
