I’m Richard, and I am a resources development project manager with offices in downtown SF. I’m originally from Los Angeles, but have lived and worked in Orange County in Southern California for the last four years. In both LA and OC, I worked for County government for a total 11 years. I’m a 50-ish professional, ex-journalist (25 years in newspapers and radio as an editor and reporter) who now works in the mental health field as an educator and advocate for people with disabilities. I’m definitely a “people person” but still value some privacy; flexible, fairly low-key and have a good (but somewhat subversive) sense of humor. I am an artist, working in the medium of cut paper, and also am an avid hiker/camper and love the outdoors. I used to work for the Forest Service as a Fire Lookout for several years in the Angelus National Forest.
