Chad is a fabulous host. Description of the condo was very accurate. The place was amazing. The view from the condo is breathtaking. It was cozy and felt like home. Great places to visit and eat within walking distance. Train station also near. Chad left detail information with great recommendations on where to go shopping and places to eat. Overall an amazing vacation. Would definitely return! THANKS CHAD!!!

Thanks for the note! I'll buy new towels :)
Such a fantastic experience!
We spent 10 nights in Chad's appartement in November.
This is a very cosy place with everything you need to feel confortable. The decoration is charming and the collection of books makes you feel like you are in a library. The location, 1 block from Times Square, is very convenient. The building is very safe with a concierge at all time.
I would absolutely recommend this place.

We were very happy to stay in Chad´s apartment, everything was exactly as described and shown on the pics. Chad is a great and an attentive host having provided us with lots of useful information and a bottle of an excellent red wine as a welcome gift. We can warmly recommend to stay in this place.
Wonderful host with the perfect place. Everything is exactly as it appears.
Enjoyed staying at the apartment - it made a pleasant change from hotel rooms. Very conveniently located to bars, restaurants, subway, etc (not to mention Times Square). Chad also left us a welcome gift (a bottle of wine), which was a nice touch. The doormen were also very friendly and helpful.
Excellent guest! The apartment was left very clean! I recommend this guest to anyone!
Chad was a great tenant, and he is welcome back anytime!
Chad was nice and respectful guest.
Good communicator as well.
Chad was an excellent guest. He was very organized and was clear in his communication about his arrival and departures. He was easy going and charming. The flat was left tidy. We would certainly rent to them again without any hesitation and can recommend him to any future airbnb hosts on his continued travels! Highly recommend to all!
Chad Gracia is a very good person, excellent guest! The apartment was left very clean! I recommend Chad Gracia to anyone!
It was a perfect guest, polite and friendly. It was a very pleasure to know him. We want to recommend him and his friends at all other hosts. Thanks!
Chad was a great guest! He stayed in touch about his arrival and departure time and was a very pleasant person to comunicate. He left our house in impeccable condition. I would be delighted to have him stay in our house again!
Chad was a great guest. Left the apartment in perfect shape for my return home and communicated everything very clearly to me. Unfortunately I never met Chad in person but from the interactions we had through email and text; he seems like a really great guy! Hope I meet you as a neighbor one day in the Slope!
Chad was a wonderful guest. Communicative and respectful of the space! Thanks, Chad!
people really polite and very clean and 'was a pleasure to have them as guests I hope you have a good memory of Rome with Luis Miguel
How we met? Chad reserved a room for two nights at my winery, VALDONICA in Tuscany/Italy.....falling in love with VALDONICA he stayed for two weeks. We are friends since then - and visited each other frequently. Chad is always an inspiration to reflect with and fun to be with: Cultured, knowledgable, dedicated, passionate, caring.....it´s a gift to know him!
Chad is a dear old friend and dear old soul, and I would highly recommend him as both a guest and a host. He's been a most thoughtful guest in my home on many occasions, with an unparalleled enthusiasm for exploring, making new friends, traveling, theater, reading, cooking & eating well, and... just about everything else! He is truly well-read, extremely knowledgeable about so many subjects, and plays well with others, of all ages. His Times Square apartment is small but clean, comfortable, and convenient, with helpful doormen. It's well situated for getting out to see most of the city, especially if you want to go gallery hopping in Chelsea or check out the High Line, a short walk or cab ride down 10th Avenue.
You will want to meet Chad the guy over staying in his place any time but since you are reading this I assume it means you are a member of a most unfortunate set -- the poor, unlucky, strangers to Chad. I strongly recommend you take the first step towards getting out of that sorry state by renting his apartment at 43rd and 9th for as long as you can possibly afford to. It's a wonderful place, in a happening location, with a magnificent Manhatten skyline view, and the friendliest doormen too. But more importantly it is suffused with Chadness -- Chad books, Chad art, Chad souvenirs and trinkets from his many travels and adventures. I don’t want to spoil it for you but to give you a taste the framed Oath of Hippocrates is mounted on the back of the bathroom door. Why is it there? Is Chad an MD? Of course not no -- it’s just a beautiful, true, passionate, and fascinating thing of which Chad’s NYC apartment is chock-full. Enjoy!
Chad may be my brother, but regardless I would give him my highest recommendation as I've made it a point to stay at his apartment during the New Year's celebration as often as humanly possible. So far, I'm up to six visits and I couldn't be happier with them. Chad's apartment is in the ideal location, being blocks from Times Square as well as steps from a host of restaurants, bars and pubs, delis, and anything else a visitor could want. If you have the chance, there is no better place to stay than this beautiful, spacious, cozy and comfortable New York apartment.
Chad has been a friend for years. He is a supremely trustworthy and generous person, with an extraordinary breadth of knowledge covering contemporary New York City as well as most inhabited continents and most of human history.
For those of you who visit Manhattan to get away from it all, to avoid the crowds and the fun and the parties and the constant whirl of life and activity that is the world's greatest city, this is probably not the apartment for you.
For the rest of you, I guarantee you will enjoy staying at Chad's gorgeous aerie -- with views of the Midtown skyline, doorman service, easy access to subways and a hard-to-match cafe, restaurant and nightlife scene. This pad is hard to beat.
I have been lucky to know Chad for over ten years now. We met in a work context and quickly evolved into friends. I have visited New York one or twice a year since then, staying in his fantastic apartment more often than not.
I could fill volumes writing about him, but for now I'll just say that, in addition to being kind, intelligent and trustworthy, Chad is one of the most interesting people I know. Perhaps more accurately, he is one of the most interested people I know - he is constantly getting excited about new ideas, and researching new topics. A small sampling: when I have visited over the years I have found him learning to play the piano, researching wasps for the museum of natural history, raising funds to build a replica of Shakespeare's Globe theater in New York, and studying Arabic.
He's is great, and his apartment is fantastic. It's centrally located, has brilliant view, and an outstanding library!
