It should be considered that you requested the host to meet you at 10.30pm and you arrived at 11.15 pm, close to midnight.
The hosts also work and had to wait into the night for you to arrive. Instead of taking a taxi to show respect for the host's time you phoned to say that you were waiting for a bus. It was not very considerate of you.
The flat is professionally cleaned before each arrival and my brother confirmed that it was well done.

Because you did not get your wish of using my flat as a storage unit for your luggage for the whole day and had to pay £30 to store it elsewhere, you have decided to leave me a very unpleasant and unreasonable feedback. Your request for us to hold your luggage for the whole day free of charge of unreasonable.
The standard checkout time for rented accommodation is 11 am as the flat needs to be prepared for the next guests. The porter refused to hold your luggage and I had other guests arriving the same day.
To say that the flat was dirty is untrue. The flat is professionally cleaned prior to each arrival.
I got the arrival time mixed up. I thought Christine would be arriving in the evening instead of the morning. That is why the flat was not ready. We corrected this the same day.
Maintenance on the building is out of our hands but at least some guests will see a freshly painted facade.
The description of the room is not vague at all. The problem with the room is that it is very beautiful and that I put the price far too low, which attracted the cheapest type of person. I have now corrected this.
I did not refuse to talk. I only talk and alter reservations through Airbnb. I sent you messages and you did not reply because you wanted to do things outside of Airbnb policy.
