Ausra says that my apartment was not cleaned before she arrived which is an outright LIE! Sorry to be so frank, but she is the first person in 5 years of guests to EVER complain about any of my units. If the apartment was not to her liking, the FIRST thing she should have done was call me, as anyone else would have. Yet, she waited for nearly 48 hours to contact me and THEN refused to allow me to have the cleaning company come BACK to the unit. I also asked her to take photos of the unit so that I could prove to the cleaning company that they had not done the job I am accustomed to with them. She NEVER offered any proof of what she claimed. What she DID do is as for a FULL REFUND, after she had stayed for 5 days! This smells like a scam to me!
