My husband and I visited Venice for our 5th wedding anniversary. Laura met us at the bus station (so helpful!) and guided us to the apartment. She supplied us with a map, recommendations on where to go/what to see/what to skip/where to eat, and she even walked with us to show us the best little patiserie (Tonolo) just around the corner! The apartment was absolutely lovely - exactly as shown in the photos. Laura had mentioned that there was daily maid service, which we assumed just meant fresh towels if need be, but the staff made our bed and even cleaned a few dirty dishes we had left in the sink. We had an amazing visit, and I would recommend Laura and this apartment to ANYONE interested in visiting Venice!
Toller Service. Wir können es nur wärmstens empfehlen.

It was a memorable stay in venice at Corte dei Santi , the apartment is fantastic, the whole place is vey new with two spacious rooms and awesome decoration especially the master bed room. The kitchen is well equipped and sparklingly clean. Water heating system is efficient. The whole place is well lighted. It is like staying in the 5 star hotel.
The apartment is within walking distance from the railway station, our first day arrival is met with the host Laura who is kind enough to bring us from near the station to the apartment.
My family of 4 members really enjoy the nice stay in venice.

It was a great time we spent in Venezia, the apartment is great and really was according to our expectations. It looked like in the pictures. Good location.
Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt.
Die vielen Treppen vergißt man schnell. Der Ausblick ist einfach herrlich.
The apartment was beautiful, spacious, immaculate, and the location could not be better. It's a block from the water bus line, three blocks from the Rialto Bridge, and incredibly easy to find our way back by just following the signs to Rialto! It was a wonderful place to come home to every night.
We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful and spacious. My favorite part was it's convenience to the train station and it's isolation from the super touristic areas of the city. It is right next to a lovely strip of restaurants and cafes.
The apartment was also fully equipped with pretty much anything you need, from a fully-stocked kitchen to fresh towels to washing machine and dryer.
Overall, a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it to friends who are interested in visiting Venice!
Had a nice time at Laura's. Her colleague, Anna, was very pleasant and managed to find us even though we were early to arrive, it was very dark in the square (campo) where we wondered and we were not where we had agreed to meet her :-/. Should note, if you don't have a phone or a portable internet connection to make calls or contact with on the move, when visiting Venice it will be nearly impossible to communicate with the host. Even with prearranged check in and out instructions it is still very frustrating. Pay phones are not readily available and wifi at cafes are not standard and only comes with a purchase obviously. Anna still picked us out of the masses none the less, walked us to the apartment and went through everything very thoroughly. Also note, there is a city tax of €1.50 per day per person that I so just be perpared for that. (We didnt encounter that in Rome or Naples so it was a surprise and I dont recall seeing a note of it on the original description but it was not a big deal).
Once inside of the apartment the Internet works fast and everything is clean. Can't speak to the functionality of the kitchen as we didn't do any cooking in our short stay but everything looked good. Now this may just be the older Venetian building but heat didn't go very high (we weren't allowed to adjust it more than a few degrees ) and the hot water took awhile to heat up as well and also didn't get very hot. Please note I visited in the winter (beginning of February) so I'm sure that is not an issue other times of year. Bed was comfortable the building quiet.
If you are checking out late and leaving your bags at the "office" be sure to get very clear and specific instructions about the location. Again this is if you are not traveling with a phone to make calls on. With the address 230 S polo, (website hidden) maps or map quest will take you in a completely opposite direct from where you need to get to and when you do arrive the address it does not look like an office at all so be sure to clearly work out all the meet up directions ahead of time. This was the only time I met Laura and she was just as polite and helpful face to face as she was over messaging. Overall, fantastic stay. How could I not? It's Venice!
Thanks for everything,
