My sister and I had a great chance to stay at Zannah's house for only three days. When we got home for the first time, we were pretty surprised by the Greyhound. We like dogs tho, we haven't seen any big dogs like Diesel so it was really great experience to see him closely. Diesel is really friendly and very relaxed. So if you are not the person who does not like dogs, there will be no problem staying with him. Overall, the atmosphere of her house is artistic and cozy. We enjoyed seeing her works on the wall and talking about them. It gave us a sort of a feeling of staying at her Gallery. For the room that we stayed, even though we could barely feel heat in the room, it was perfect room temperature for us. The bed was so comfy.. We are too sensitive about the bathroom but we didn't need to worry about it at her house. The bathroom and bedroom were really clean and smelled so good. We really loved the way she provided us toast and coffee for every morning. We really hope to see her and Diesel again !! Thanks to Zannah for giving us a great great experience here on Airbnb!
Zannah Was a perfect host for us.
Very attentive and kind.
We find her place very easily, and met Diesel who's adorable.
We loved our journey in New York, and Zannah was always there to help us about things to do in the city.
She also always had a good story to tell about her trip around a coffee, or about her artwork.
I still love her mattress so much.
From the the moment I arrived (early), Zannah was an amazing host. Incredibly accommodating, she answered my 1 million questions and helped me get settled in. The place was perfect for me, quiet, comfortable and it immediately felt like home away from home. The neighbourhood had everything right there and I didn't have to go far for anything. The subway into Manhattan was a short walk away and really easy. Zannah treated me like an old friend immediately and we had many a long conversation about life, the universe and art. Make sure you checkout her art and ask about her adventures. The morning I left I was treated to an amazing breakfast. This was my best shared Airbnb experience yet. Thank you Zannah for the hospitality and sharing your home with me.
I really liked the neighbourhood. Zannah and Diesel were great hosts. No very quiet in the eve and pleasant hosts. Cant ask for more would definitely stay again. :) much love!
Our trip in NYC was wonderful! Thanks again for everything Zannah!
The appartment is very nice (the room was cute and perfectly clean), well located in Bushwick arty district (close to the subway, 20 minutes to Manhattan), quiet area with beautiful paintings everywhere on the walls!
Zannah was our first airbnb host and we could not imagine a better one!
Hope to see you soon in Paris.
American Bones will be on every walls tomorow!
Thanks Melanie! Its was so great to have a bit of Paris here. You and Nicolas are more than welcome back anytime!
Spectacular appartment in a cool neighbourhood. I would recommens this to everybody. Although Zannah was in NY, she arranged everything perfectly well for us. We kept in touch by phone. This worked very well. Nice job. For a possible next visit to SF I'll book it again when available.
yes I guess it is by todays standards...my neighbors say that the cable is worst as the wiring in the building it too old. Sorry about that. There is satellite wifi on the horizon I here...
Zannah's place was incredible and exactly as she described it. The space was cozy, clean, spacious and had tons of personality (we're talking original artwork, pull-out windows and one-of-a-kind decorations). The loft is in a quiet part of town, so it's perfect for anyone looking to wind down and relax after a long day in the city!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique place to stay in SF!
Awesome place. Convenient location. Can't expect more from SF
My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Zannah's loft. She was very sweet! She left us coffee & even offered to drive us to the local farmers market. It was our first time staying in the Dogpatch & while there aren't as many restaurants, bars and cafes to chose from as there are in other SF neighborhoods we absolutely loved it!
The loft is quite cozy. Zannah is a very talented artist and her work compliments the space nicely. We really loved the big windows & high ceilings. These features do however pose a challenge to keeping the space a constant temperature. If you are sensitive to hot & cold this may not be the space for you. Luckily this wasn't too much of a problem for us and we look forward to staying there again the next time we are vacationing in SF.
We spent three nights at Zannah's loft and were truly amazed with the experience. Unfortunately Zannah was out of town during our stay but she left us plenty of information and her neighbor Courtney was very helpful during check-in and check-out.
This is an industrial loft which feels far more boheme than bourgeois, and is the actual studio of the owner. Believe the pictures, the loft is smartly decorated with a honest, straight industrial style, but remains extremely cozy and homey, after long walks in the cold san francisco summer.
It is located in Dogpatch, a small historic neighborhood east of Potrero, still off the beaten track. It boasts with turn of the century warehouses and Victorian cottages, and there are a few trendy (and delicious) places to eat, which we could sample thanks to Zannah's recommendations. Despite being relatively far from downtown SF, it is well connected by public transport. Free parking spots are easy to grab in the front street.
Overall, I highly recommend this listing to travelers wanting a more authentic, less touristy SF experience.
Zannah and her dog, Diesel, have been our roommates for a month. Moving in with three people that one doesn't even know is a hard task, but she has integrated well with our family. She is pleasant company, likes to cook (and we like to eat:) and keeps our shared spaces neat. She is an artist working on her art and its been interesting to see her process. We recommend Zannah to be your guest when she visits your town!
Zannah and her greyhound, Diesel, were wonderful guests! While I was out of town during more of her visit, Zannah extended it, so I was able to meet her and Diesel, for which I was grateful. She left me with a wonderful piece of art - thank you so much! I would host Zannah any time, and recommend you do if you get the chance. Much luck with your art and the rest of your trip, Zannah!
Thank you Nathan, it was a great stay. Love your neighbor Dennis right next door and Detroit. I haven't finished with Detroit! There was so much to do and I had to work most of my stay. I will be back.
all the best Nathan!

Completely fun, creative, interesting, and always can be counted on to follow through with any project, responsibility, etc. with which that she may be involved. If you ever need that unique combo of heart, smarts and imagination, then Zannah's your gal.
Zannah is a friend and fellow artist. In the years that I've known her, she has proven to be tireless, faithful, and energetic about everything she touches. There is no doubt in my mind that she would be a great host for anyone's visit to San Francisco.
