Luca - It's simple - when you say you have wifi - your guests expect wifi, when you saying there's a kitchen, they expect utensils - when you accept a booking on the basis of a late check out - you can't change the agreement last minute without putting others in a difficult place.
1) I never mentioned the pool being covered by the sun (we actually didn't ever make it there until later than 10am) so that's a blatant lie.
2) when you apparently checked our apartment when we were out at the beach -firstly we didn't go to the beach, secondly, how would you know what we were doing as you didn't speak with us? thirdly - If you had found extra 6 forks - why didn't you tell us or leave them out on the side?? There were four girls looking in all the cupboards and we found just 2 forks as we told you.
3) Wifi - 4 of us tried to connect all week and were unsuccessful - when you came in we showed you on our phones - tried the 2 networks you had provided (from other apartments because you're obviously cost saving and not providing it in this apartment) we showed you the networks on our phone and you could see they weren't working.
What I have written is 100% true - it's a shame that you are having to fabricate us being difficult house guests in order to cover up the fact that, in our experience, you were a very poor host.
