The apartment is simply perfect: great location, safe also by night also for girls, close to subway to Manhattan and JFK, to East River Ferry, to Williamsburg where plenty of restaurants and shops; a lot of plus, as AC and ceiling fan, TV, Wi-Fi; a lot of space for NYC standards; clean towels and bed sheets. Ryan was the perfect host, quick and efficient in communicating, clear with instructions and details for my stay. Flexible and very efficient for check-in and check-out. I strongly recommend Ryan and his apartment and hope to come back soon!
Worked out great. Clean, Quiet, quick walk to the 7, the G and the east river ferry. Only a kitchenette really but who cooks in New York? Check in and check out was easy and Ryan was quick to respond.
Great place. Wonderful area. would definitely repeat.
The apartment was perfect. Had a wonderful time (website hidden), internet, cable and a really comfi bed .
The apartment was very nice - clean and neat, although the kitchen was small and a bit odd - 2 refrigerators, no oven. didn't really matter, as there are plenty of good restaurant in easy walking distance on both Manhattan and Franklin streets. All in all, a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Had a wonderful stay, definitely recommend.
The apartment was great. Compact, but not restricting. The area is very close to Manhattan, though you will need to change from G to L. Though we didn't have any problems.
There's a kitchen, a clean bathroom, tv and computer. There's an AC, though we didn't need to use it as it was perfect weather.
The bed was a little too soft for us, but I think some people might prefer that. There are shops and restaurants all around, and very close to MOMA's PS1 gallery.
The curtain for the wardrobe was flimsy and collapses without warning, though Ryan seems to think we are responsible for the poor construction. The curtain to the window ripped slightly when we try to open the window for air too.
Ryan was friendly, though we didn't see much of him as he was out of town.
Overall, very highly recommended!
The apartment was great. Perfect for 2 people. 4 blocks from the G, which gets you to the L in 2 stops. Only time the location was an issue was late at night on Sunday when the trains ran less frequently. MAnhattan Ave is a funky street. Pretty quiet and definitely felt safe.
Great place to stay if you don't mind a bit of travel to get into Manhattan (20 minutes or so, most days)
Ryan has a very cool apartment! Nice area. Very close to Manhattan by subway. Would definitely recommend it to others!
This place was the perfect size for two. All that you really need if you're visiting Brooklyn. Close to the subway, easy to get food, coffee, groceries, and park if you're driving. Nice, quaint, and clean. Would recommend it to others. =)
Ryan has a beautiful apartment and is a stand up guy. You should rent from him because the neighborhood is full of great food and interesting bars. It's quick into the city either to midtown or downtown. Ryan is respectful and laid back. Plus, he has great taste, as you can tell from the apartment photos.
