I am a easy going friendly person who has made a lifetime commitment to good health and fitness. My motto is " Motivation in Motion" As a host I will leave you to your own devices or you can book guided hikes, either along our beautiful rugged coast line or in the local small mountains on moderate climbes or explore our coastline with a cycling tour around our beautiful southern tip of Vancouver Island. (* guided trips are not included in the price ) If you are here to run The Royal Victoria Marathon you can order a race drop off and pickup. You can also choose from over 22 hours of fusion strength classes or do a yoga class in my beautiful garden studio. The classes are included in the price and are well worth coming too.
You will find your healthy breakfast waiting for you as I am out each morning by 7am to walk or teach classes. For any other meals you may have full use of the kitchen. I am not a foodie so it is rather basic! For those of you wanting a week or two of intense fitness training and weight loss then additional meals will be extra and all low fat, fresh and healthy.
I am passionate about traveling and have explored many countries in Europe as well as India, Kashmir, and parts of Asia, including living in Japan for a year.
One of my greatest pleasures is meeting people from all over the globe so I am happy to host travellers.
