A few thoughts:
(1) I wasn't satisfied with the internet service because I and my guest needed wifi to do work and the wifi was not realiable unless I sat in our car which was closer to the other house. A booster of some sort can solve this problem, but if there's wifi I expect the signal to be strong, or for it to be very clear it may be spotty. My research was basic email and searching but still required a signal and since this one went out often because of the distance between the houses it was an inconvenience.
(2) It was rainy when we stayed there so (1) we were indoors in the evening and watched movies (rent at redbox in Mattituck, 711). The antenna goes in and out so tv was not possible consistently and with a poor wifi signal you cannot stream movies (2) There is no mud room so when we entered the house we took our shoes off and left them in the kitchen so we did not track any dirt in the rest of the house. We did use the kitchen and cooked most of our meals. To be clear we cleared the kitchen out including loading the dishwasher (we had to buy soap bc there was none when we arrived) and starting it so the cleaner would not have to. We cleared out the fridge and wiped off the counters. I frankly did not think I needed to clean out the fridge but did not leave it in a state where there was food dripping all over.
(3) We brought all of our towels, and bedding so if leaving the pillows on the bed and not making the bed with bedspreads is a messy state then yes it was disheveled.
Three people stayed in the house for a week so there was a need for a cleaner to clean it, and while everyone is entitled to their opinion I'd like to think I respected the property as I would expect someone to respect mine.
