I am really sorry that you didn't have a good stay at our place. I've never had an unsatisfied guest before and it is my priority to make guests happy. I wish you had told me what you needed when you were here. First of all I want to clarify that the room is for rent because one of the roommates goes out of time for long periods of time, so there is no 'roommate moving to other room when the room gets booked'. The room is vacant when is for rent, cleaned and bedding washed and replaced.
If you had told me you needed a new soap bar and toilet paper (we don't do daily cleaning service as this is not a hotel or a B&B) I would have definitely provided those for you right away. I don't check the bathroom daily but only on the day the guest checks in. This room being a sublet, it doesn't come with empty closets and drawers and I wish you had read the ad thoroughly before booking. However if you had asked me, I would have emptied a drawer for you. Again, I really want to make my guests happy. I recall I saw you every night coming back home and asked you if everything was ok and you said yes, so it was difficult for me to guess that you are unhappy unless you communicate. My advice for the future: read the listing more carefully and communicate better with your host ...
ps: as for the 'flees': we don't have pets (pets are not allowed in the apartment) so I believe you might have been allergic to the sheets, maybe the laundry detergent, and I am sorry about that. I could have replaced them or washed them with hypoallergenic detergent if you had told me. As for the 'bathroom full of hair': it was the bathroom of the other roommate and not for public or 'communal' use. I am sorry you had to experience or see that. I can't always monitor what other roommates do with their private bathrooms or bedrooms. Just thought I'd clarify this misunderstanding and I wish the best luck with future stays at airbnb homes.
