We stayed at Jason's for four days, and Jason and Sahara were great hosts! The house offers a conformable stay during our trip with the very clean yet cozy rooms and the comfortable bed. The home locates on quiet street in hart of the Capitol hill fun neighborhood. We could easily walk to downtown and enjoyed nice dinners/night life around their neighborhood. We would definitely pick Jason's for our next visit to Seattle!
Jason has a great accommodation. His home is beautiful and it is an easy walk to "all things capitol hill". Quiet, clean and very comfortable.
Jason and Sahara were great. They are both INCREDIBLY nice people. Very laid back and friendly. The house is really cute and clean and a short walk from all the good food in Capitol Hill. I had never used airbnb before as a guest- only as a host- and I only rent out my whole apt when I'm out of town. So I was a bit apprehensive as a single woman renting out a room in someone else's house while they were there. But there was no need for me to worry. Jason was there by himself for most of the week but the minute I met him, any hesitations that I had about staying in a stranger's home were put to rest.
I can't recommend staying at Jason and Sahara's place highly enough. They're great and it's great.
Jason and his girlfriend were wonderful hosts! They live in a very fun neighborhood with lots to walk to/do. They were very generous with their time and advice on things to do, transportation and anything else we needed. I would highly recommend staying with Jason!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very quiet and well placed for us. Beautiful house. We only saw Jason and Sahara each once. They made us feel very comfortable.
Jason was an amazing host and extremely friendly to me and my husband during our stay. We just moved to Seattle from abroad and were looking for a permanent place to live, which can be an extremely frustrating experience, especially when you have to fight jet lag at the same time. Lucky for us, such ordeal was significantly lessened with the great help of Jason and his girl friend, Sahara. The house itself is also exceptional. It is very spacious and comfortable, with hard wood floor and stainless steel appliances, and elegantly decorated. The two house cats, Spicy Peanut and Fennel, as well as Sahara's dog, Thelonious Monk, are all fun and well-behaved companions with which we had a great time. The location could not be more perfect: the neighborhood is Capital Hill, which in my opinion is really the center of everything of Seattle (sorry Fremont), but the house is on a fairly secluded street so it is also very quiet that no loud music keeps you awake at night and you can wake up to birds chirping rather than traffic noise in the morning. We had vacationed in Seattle several times before and this is one of the best airbnb experience we have had.
I stayed at Jason's place for 10 days and had a fantastic time. The bed was cozy (big fluffy pillows!), the room and the place in general was very clean and well ventilated, and Jason himself was kind and accommodating. I completely fell in love with his cats during my stay. They are a couple of charmers, to be sure.
His place could not be any better located. It's in a cute residential area yet it's walkable to all of Capitol Hill's goodies, and if you're into walking, you can even venture on foot all the way to the waterfront without too much trouble. Or you can hop on any of the dozen or so frequent busses that are an easy stroll from his door. I stayed in the room that has windows to the street, and as Jason described to me before I picked this room over the other one, I could sometimes hear people talking as they walked home from the bars, but it wasn't enough to keep me awake except one time when I opened the windows to get some cool night air on a day Capitol Hill was having a neighborhood party. Overall the room was very quiet with just some morning pitter patter of cats upstairs rejoicing that their favorite person has gotten up and is preparing for work.
I would definitely stay here again.
This place literally feels like your own house. Needless to say, it's an incredible deal. The location is perfect. You are within walking distance from everything in Capitol Hill and downtown. The place is unbelievably clean, with any amenity you could possibly need. And most importantly..the Drinky Crow print hung on the wall... I would definitely trade in my soul (half of it..?) for that. Anyway, the house is phenomenal, but if I could have the house or the print.. Hey, I've already expressed willingness to give up my key to heaven for the latter, so what kind of question is that?
Jason is a wonderful host! He is very friendly and considerate. He kept in constant communication with us and was very easy to reach. Days before we were set to stay with him, he emailed me with very detailed instructions of how to get to his place as well as other pertinent information. He even sent a picture of the parking spot location, which was extremely helpful. He is extremely accommodating and the check in and check out times was very flexible. We arrived VERY LATE (at 3 am) but that was not a problem at all.
The house and rooms were rather spacious, well decorated, and neat/tidy. The location of the house is great, it is close to the freeway and many coffee shops/restaurants. We walked to Pike Place Market in about 20-30 minutes. We would definitely come back and stay with Jason if we were in Seattle.
