I am a very easy going person who is very grateful to own the most beautiful beachfront villa on Maui. I enjoy music, travel, beautiful sunsets, and meeting cool people.

First of all, great communication with the host from start to finish. Flexible times for check-in/check-out were also really helpful for us for coordinating with flights to/from Maui.
The space is beautiful, very professionally maintained, and convenient for seeing many different parts of the island. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay, we hope to be back again sometime soon!
Mark's home was absolutely spectacular! The laid back atmosphere made for a comfortable and most enjoyable stay! The ocean suite was clean, with the most relaxing view and a spacious bathroom. Kristen was a welcoming host who made us feel right at home. The home is conveniently located next to Mama's Fish House, which was great for grabbing some tropical drinks whenever wanted. We also got to meet some great new friends who were also staying at the house! We stayed at two places on the island and definitely preferred Mark's home! We will stay here during future visits for sure!
FREE night your next stay!
If you are looking for a unique setting in a quaint and quirky little town, with the most amazing ocean view...you will not be disappointed. Our second visit to the Seabreeze Villa was somehow even better than the first! Mark, the owner, is quick to respond and very cordial and Kristen, the property manager, is extremely hospitable. The villa is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood just outside of Pa'ia and it is truly our happy place. The building itself is honestly not without some imperfections, but we believe this adds to its character and we love every inch of it! Try to stay in the Ocean Suite if you can...the panoramic views of the Pacific and the private balcony will make your heart flutter, but every room in the villa is a pleasant retreat. My partner and I already can't wait to visit again!
You rock! Free night your next trip.
We will stay here again! The location was fantastic, the views to die for and the suite was so luxuriously large. Mark and Kristen were lovely hosts! Couldn't recommend more highly!
You are AWESOME!
Thanks Mark for an incredible experience in Maui! The space was lovely, as were the staff (Hi Kristen and Doug!) and fellow guests. Lovely vacation all around.
You are lovely.
FREE night next trip!
The Nautical Suite was clean with view of the ocean like the picture shown. Bed was comfortable with all white comforter, sheet, pillows. The bathroom was spacious with standing shower and big separate bath tub. The suite is located upstair with no door, thus noise travels both ways, up and down stairs. We did not have any issues with this as we were rarely at home and spent most of our time out and about discovering beautiful Maui. The main floor has scratched up tiles that can use some update and an overall older home smell. I'm sensitive to smell, it may not be a problem for most people. The nautical suite has carpet flooring. Bring your own slippers to walk in the house because shoes are left outside the main door as this is Hawaiian's custom/courtesy. The house has beautiful view of the ocean from the dining and living rooms. There is a small beach infront of Mark's house, beach is protected by a reef. Water is shallow, probably 2-4 feet in most spots with lots of rock underneath. Make sure to bring your water shoes. There is a small pond to the right side of the beach where you can snorkel, it's very small, maybe 5-8 feet deep. This is for fun snorkeling for maybe 15-30 minutes while you're hanging out at the property. For beautiful, serious snorkeling spots, check out Molikini, Kapalua/Honolua/Malakua Beach. Mark was very nice and responsive to any questions at any time. Kristen greeted us and she was friendly, helpful when we had any questions. There is a fridge/kitchen/laundry available if you intend to make it your home for an extended stay. The home is walking distance to Mama's Fish House. We walked there for dinner. It's absolutely an amazing restaurant and a Maui's must visit spot. We stayed in Lahaina for 2 nights and Paia for 3 nights. We chose Paia for convenience to Mama's Fish House, closer to Haleakala for the sunrise and closer to Road to Hana as opposed to having stayed in the west side the entire time. Paia also has a quaint downtown area where you'll find most restaurants and independent shops. Paia Fish Market, Flatbread Company, One Gelato Company are excellent spots to eat.
Ocean Suite is a wonderfull place with a great view. We stayed there for 3 weeks. It was just perfect. Quiet, safe and very friendly
Thanks Mark and Kristen! We had the best weekend :)
Great! So happy.
Marks Villa is great! You'll probably not find a netter deal on the island. The manager, Kristen, is a very nice and helpful person. My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time and can totally recommend this place.
We had a lovely stay at Marks gorgeous, beach side villa. The property is beautifully situated with beach access protected by a small reef which allows for a quick dip when the sun bathing gets too hot. The place is very well maintained and contains many useful indoor and outdoor amenities including a large kitchen with plenty of counter and fridge space. The yard chairs provide plenty of vantage points to marveling at the ocean. The villa is also close to Mamas Fish House Restaurant (although we did not partake) and a great poke/fresh juice/snack shop - Kuau Store. Paia is just a short walk away, and although you have to walk on the side of the road for most of the walk we felt safe along the way from oncoming motorists heading to / or coming from Hana. The spot is a convenient home base for making the trek to Hana and driving up to Haleakala for the sunrise.
