I live between Aix-en Provence, Paris and Venice. I am a Political Science professor at the Aix-en-Provence university, as well as a journalist.
Wir können die Wohnung von Chiara sehr empfehlen. Mit zwei Zimmern und einer Wohnküche mit Sofas zum Entspannen ist die Unterkunft ideal für eine vierköpfige Familie mit Kindern. Kommunikation, Organisation, kulanter Late-Check-Out - alles lief wunderbar!
We stayed in Venice for two weeks and during that time lived in an apartment Chiara.
It was very cozy and warm, even if it was bad weather outdoors. Chiara took care of all the travelers and thought out everything. The apartment has two lovely bedrooms and a very nice living room-kitchen. There are everything to be able to cook a good lunch or dinner. All the electric devices worked perfectly and the bathroom was clean with a good shower. On the second day after our arrival, a friend of Chiara came and installed wi-fi . We were touched with this concern. The apartment is wonderful located: it's a dry part of Venice which does not fill with water during floods. And while Garibaldi Street, where the apartment is located just ten minutes walk from Piazza San Marco.
Thanks to Chiara and her apartment we felt at home in Venice. Thank you!
I had an amazing stay here. The apartment is lovely and in a perfect location. Chiara was brilliant and made me feel very welcome when i arrived. I would definitely recommend it.
We booked Chiara's apartment for 2 weeks during the Christmas holidays. It was extremely nice, bright, clean and well stocked with kitchen items. Chiara and her husband met us when we arrived and gave us lots of information on restaurants, wineries, museum, and things to do and see, etc. The apartment is very centrally located in the old part of town, so easy walking to lots of shops, eateries, etc. It was a little too cold to enjoy the terrace but its a lovely view. We totally enjoyed our stay. One note: you should pack light because you will have to carry your luggage up 3 flights of stairs - no elevators in the old town section. Just 1 block is a wonderful wine bar named Cave d'Ives. A true gem!
Tutto positivo appartamento consigliato!!! A una fermata di traghetto da piazza San Marco posizione ottima!!! Seconda stanza da letto un po' troppo piccola e senza armadio ma ci si arrangia!!!
Suggeriamo l'acquisto di una televisione !!!
Fun apartment in the middle of Aix. Great if you don't have a car, since parking in the public parking garage can add up. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. We made great use of the kitchen. Pack light. We made the mistake of bringing great big suitcases...not ideal for climbing 4 flights of stairs! People taller than 5'7 will need to watch their heads as there are some low ceilings. Wish we'd been there in the summer to make use of the great terrace. Chiara was great to deal with and was kind enough to make an excellent restaurant recommendation.
the apartment is exactly what the pictures show. and even better...
perfect to spend a week not only for tourism, being always outside, but also when you need to work and need place, or receive family, colleagues, friends. Internet WIFI works perfectly and is high speed. The kitchen is very well equipped; the beds are comfortable. It couldn't have been better. University is near (20 min.s walk), Cours Mirabeau is reachable in a few minutes walk; grocery shops are nearby as well as small restaurants and cafés. All in all it is highly recommendable.
Great - great - great! The apartment is a really fine place to stay at vienna - lovely decorated and very well equipped. We had slept very well, because it was a very calm place, too. It is situated a few steps to go to the Biennale (giardini and arsenale) and a short walking distance - with a nice few - to the Markus Place. Near the apartment are a lot of tasty restaurants nearby, a supermarket and a fine snack bar with fresh biological food. The apartment is located nearby a small park.
This flat is just amazing, spacious, very bohemian in a very comfortable way, it rained the entire 5 days we were there so we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the terrace which is a shame as the view is just breathtaking up there!!! I really hope it will be free the next time I go and visit my mother!!!
