Liliana gave helpful instructions for check in. The neighbourhood was close to many amenities and transport links. Accommodation was comfortable and ideal for easy access to my conference venue. Very pleasant stay thank you.
Liliana met with me at a cafe down the street, and after a fantastic conversation we walked to the flat where she provided all the information about the house as well as the neighborhood and the surrounding area. The flat was clean, neat, and well decorated. The furniture was comfortable and the location fantastic. The street noise was a bit loud on Friday night, but that's to be expected in London.
This is a great flat with an excellent location: easy walking distance to the British Museum, UCL, Senate House and the British Library, as well as St. Pancras, King's Cross and the Russell Sq. tube station. The Brunswick Centre and other shops in the area are very convenient. There is a "Boris Bike" (Santander/Transport for London) docking station near the building. The flat is very clean and spacious, and the washroom is very clean and has good plumbing. The flat is so convenient because it is on Judd St. That means there is some road noise during the day, but that is the tradeoff for being in central London. If you demand tranquility, try Southwold. Liliana is an excellent host: considerate, communicative, unobtrusive, yet helpful and interesting. This is excellent accommodation.
The place was nice and the location is excellent, right in the heart of London and close to the transport links at Kings Cross. Check in went smoothly and Liliana was very accommodating.
Cool, cosy room in the heart of Bloomsbury...take earplugs for the traffic noise!
Liliana was the perfect host, helpful, but not intrusive. And the accommodation was just was as expected and just what I required. Excellent all round.
Great place to stay, very close to Euston and St. Pancras. Liliana was welcoming, the flat had everything I needed. Nice big room, very clean in a nice secure block of flats.
Liliana is a very friendly host. She responded promptly and met me on arrival in a café next to her flat.
The flat is nice and clean, and the room I stayed in is very large with a comfy bed. Clean bathroom and well equiped small kitchen too.
Location is great, ultra central with good transport (bus and tube).
I would warmly recommend a stay at Liliana's!
As advertised: superbly located, excellent facility, accommodating host. As others have noted: be prepared for street noise at night. The noise did not bother me, but it might some, and they would need earplugs. Very comfortable, firm mattress. All in all, I would certainly recommend.
The apartment is very quiet and comfortable. The room is well furnished and with a touch of very good taste, with copies of Homer's Odyssey and Iliade by the window. The bed is comfortable and the closet has enough room for a lot of clothes. There are shades to make the room dark if you need. There was another guy in the apartment but he kept to himself and everything was tidy and clean and quiet. Also, the neighbourhood is very central. I can't stress this enough, this is one of the best places to be in London. Access to everything. I would recommend staying at Liliana's.
The only thing that didn't make my experience stellar was my first and last encounter with Liliana. She's not exactly the charming kind. Very professional, but too professional. I didn't feel comfortable. She didn't want to meet me at her apartment, for some reason. She set up a rendezvous spot in front of St. Pancras at 6pm, a very crowded place, and one I was not familiar with... I had to walk around carrying my luggage and making phone calls to find her because she would not come to me. It would have been so much easier if she had just waited for me in front of her building. Also, she was in a hurry to meet her friends and she made that point several times. I almost felt bad about it. But I didn't. She showed me the place in 30 seconds and went to shower. The night before I left she came to my room to give me instructions about the key. I nodded and said I'd do as she said. She replied "you remember have to leave before 10am, right?". It was almost as if she didn't really want me there.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay, though.
Liliana e la sua famiglia sono persone simpatiche e molto educate che adorano Viareggio e il suo mare io ho avuto un buon rapporto con loro e spero di rivevederle il prossimo anno. Spero
Liliana and her big family are good guests!
