I'm an artist, entrepreneur and teacher. I've lived in Los Angeles for 8 years and am very knowledgeable about the city, especially in regards to underground and off-the-beaten-path opportunities for adventure. I'm originally from New York, went to college in Indiana where I got my degree in theatre, and then to Arizona for my MFA in Intermedia. I've taught college digital media courses, and have presented performances, lectures and workshops across the US and Europe. Through performance I became involved in costume design and wearable technology. Now I run a small fashion company making "upcycled" clothing and a variety of unusual accessories. I'm a geek of many stripes and a clown on occasion. I love to cook, especially with and for other people; I'm a master of hot sammiches, with two trophies from the 3rd 2nd Annual Grilled Cheese Invitational to prove it (seriously, i'm not making that up!). In addition to art, fashion and food, I also love gardening, yoga, music and good conversation.
