Nice flat with fantastic location, just few seconds walking to the subway and then 8-9 mins to time square. The view of the seaport is also a minute walking where you can try water taxis and boats. Diana was up to help every time I needed her. Sometimes she contacted me to see if I need anything.

Diana was a great host - very friendly, helpful, and accessible. Her apartment was a much better option than getting a hotel (and so much room!), and you can't beat the location if you're staying in the financial district. I would definitely consider staying at Diana's place again in the future.
Diana's apartment was just as described with plenty of room and at a great location with easy access to public transportation that can quickly get you anywhere you want to be in the city. For theater fans it is just a few blocks down from the TKTS booth in South Street Seaport. Diana was easy to communicate with and very helpful and flexible as Hurricane Sandy impacted the latter part of my stay. The doormen were also very helpful.
nous avons aprécié l'appartement:très bonne situation à Mannhatan.Equipements complet
The apartment was nicely appointment and well equipped. The doormen were helpful and generally the stay was a good one.
Diana’s place is very conveniently located in the heart of Wall Street, walking distance from the pier and the cheap Broadway ticket outlet and within a few blocks from the subway stops. If the Wall Street area is where most of your activities are planned I highly recommend her apartment. It is in a secure building with very courteous doormen. The place sleeps 4 adults, 2 in the bedroom and two on the fold out couch. If most of your vacation plans will take you to Central Park and other areas north of Wall Street, you may want to consider staying in that area. Although the subway stations are close it still takes 15-25 minutes to arrive at your destination once you figure in your travel and walking time. We found we had to plan an extra 1.5-2 hours of traveling per day when we were planning on activities north of Wall Street. Diana is a native to New York and had a lot of recommendations for dining and activities and offered for us to contact her if we needed any other recommendations while were staying at her place. If I return to New York I will definitely consider Diana’s apartment and would recommend it to my friends. As with any AirBnB reservation, I recommend communicating with any of your hosts using the AirBnB web-site. This gives AirBnB staff access to your communications and agreements with rates and changes in your reservation that are made between you and your host.
