I was born in Milan in 1982. I'm an environmental consultant. I love photography and travelling. I'm looking for a young worker or student for a long term rent.
Highly recommendable - Edu is a serious dude!
Best place you can stay at in Milan - it is so convenient to get to the city center with trams 3 or 15. Also, bus 90 & 91 are close. It is located in a nice quiet residential street and the house is perfect - everything you need in a nice Italian house :)
I must add that Edo and his Mom are really helpful and friendly and always willing to help. It was great talking to Edo about Italian football and pesto - good times.
The house is cleaned twice a week (Mon & Thu) and you have a lot of choice for breakfast :) The house is in a very safe neighborhood.
I highly recommend this place for your stay in Milan.
Thank you Edo for all your help and always being nice, smiling and cheerful :)
Pier and Edoardo are perfect hosts. The room is big and bright with everything you need. Transport a 3 min walk from the house right to the centre of Milan. A great stay in a lovely apartment with super hosts. Highly recommended!
We stayed at Piers place during the Milan Design Week in April. As we were visiting a lot of shows and places over Milan we needed a place that is accessible. Piers place was very accessible and also easy to get to from the Airport – bus from the airport and then a tram which stopped very near his house. There were also two buses nearby that went to the nearest tube.
I asked Pier beforehand whether he served breakfast. He told me biscuits and coffee/or tea. This correctly describes the breakfast – the coffee was nice Italian coffee, but as we are more used to a full breakfast we only took some biscuit a couple of times. We had full use of the kitchen and there was also space in the fridge for what we wanted to buy, mostly to have a more substantial breakfast. We also bought milk for other times, and unfortunately we had to use it for our breakfast the last day as there was no milk.
The kitchen was of a good size, and it also had a tv. Equally our room was of a good size.We also had the use of the sitting room.
Overall we had a good time in Milan, it was great to be able to use the kitchen.
Pier and his brother and girlfriend were very friendly and interesting people. A pity that I didn’t have much time to talk to them as we went out all evenings. But Manuel did have a chance to talk to Pier one evening and he was fascinated by his stories and views of people living in different parts of the world. Pier is an environmentalist who has written a book, in which Manuel is very interesting in reading.
My stay at Pier's was my first AirBnB international stay and a great one at that! The apartment was a short train ride and walk from the Centrale station and located on quiet street. It is conveniently located near Navigli and a very scenic direct Tram ride to the Duomo and shopping district.
Pier, Edu, and Julia (Pier's girlfriend) were excellent hosts. I should mention that Julia does not actually live in the apartment and was there during the day. They engaged me in a very diverse and genuine conversation, graciously made me a very delicious home cooked meal, and took me out for drinks to meet a group of friends during my stay.
The room was very spacious, clean, and offered everything I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The bathroom and common areas of the apartment were also very tidy and spacious. As an individual who has stayed in several AirBnB rentals, my experience at Pier's has augmented my satisfaction with what AirBnB has offered and highly recommend Pier's apartment to others.
My stay at pier's and edo's apartment was just great. My room was spacious, beautiful and clean with a kingsize bed, which was very comfortable to sleep in, a balcony and enough storage for my clothes (I had a lot). The apartment itself is very big with quite a big kitchen and an even bigger beautifully furnished living room. Overall, the apartment is very cosy and has a lot of charm, this is also due to pier's self-made pictures. Not only did I felt like home, it felt like being in the perfect host family, with one big difference: my parents were two funny, lovely, warm-hearted and caring italian brothers :) They took me out to their friends and had me for real italian dinners. I am really happy that I had the chance getting to know such good people, like they are. To sum up - I loved to live their and with them, and cannot imagine having stayed somewhere else....that's definitely the place to be!!!!
I definitely felt like HOME at Pier's flat. Pier and his brother Edo made my stay in Milano gorgeous. I was not just a tourist, I felt like a family member and found some wonderful new friends. They both took me out to partys with their friends, supported me whenever I needed some help and showed me the real italian way of life. For me the apartment was perfect. I had a nice, big, tidy and bright room, even with a balcony. The flat was comfortable, especially the living room as you can see in the pictures. I very enjoyed to cook in their kitchen and besides that talk to the nicest, funniest and most intriguing italian men I have ever met. Thank you so much for the wonderful time.
Miss you (Pier, Edo, Giulia, Monica) (website hidden) penso a voi.
Pier's appartment was really nice and comfortable in a very good location and access to the city centre was nearby with trams and buses. The apartment was fully equipped with what I needed for my stay. The grocery stores, etc were all within easy reach. Even though we didnt chat much maybe because are both very quiet people, Pier came across as a very nice, quiet, easy going and very responsible guy. His brother and girffriend are also really nice. Thanks Pier for having me in your house.Daisy.
We stayed at Piers for 3 nights and were very happy. He was a good host and very helpful. The apartment was very comfortable and placed in a good location.
I stayed one month in Milan and it was a great experience. Pier, Edo and Guglia are really nice, and I was happy to spend some time with them.
There place is really spacious, clean and close to the center. I felt really comfortable living there and I will totally recommended to everyone.
Pier is a pleasure to host. Discreet. Considerate. Well mannered. Warmly recommended to any Airbnb host.
Really nice guests. I recommand him without hesitations.
Pier and Giulia are a "brillant couple", very funny, interesting and open-minded people; it was really fascinating to meet them, they have a lot of stories to tell because they are authentic travelers, (not only tourists) escaping far away from touristic tours, looking for original and authentic experiences, related to the local identity.
At home they are very respectful and tidy;
We hope to meet them again somewhere in the world!
Pier and Giulia were sweet and generous people. From the moment we all met, we knew that we would be friends immediately, and were so sad when they left! We loved spending nights chatting (over beer), eating the delicious dinner they cooked for us, and hearing about their lives and world travels. They were kind and courteous, and so much fun, and we wish they lived in New york! We cannot wait to spend more time with you guys! Aside from the personal experience, they left everything in the apartment even better than it was before. Thank you both!
