I am orignally from Seattle and currently reside in Austin, TX. I enjoy cooking, music, the sun and kitty cats.
My husband and I stayed at this apartment for the Austin City Limits festival for 2 nights and it made for a great weekend, especially for the price point. We were able to walk to and from the festival, and catch a cheap cab to and from downtown at night. There were many great and inexpensive restaurants nearby on 1st Street and on Congress. The view from the balcony was relaxing, and the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Internet access was dependable and fast. There were plenty of entertainment options on the television, with the sofa being a comfortable place to veg after a long day. We never had trouble finding parking in front of the apartment. The bed is maybe a little small if you like a huge bed, but not a problem for us for a few days. We also enjoyed the quirky Austin-like vibe from the furnishings, etc. We were very happy we stayed here instead of the way more expensive and less convenient hotel we had previously booked, and look forward to staying here again. We received our security deposit back promptly and with no problems, which is always a plus.
Adrianna was a great host. She helped orient us with Austin on day one and even left some snacks and beer in the fridge for us.
Adrianna and her roommate were extremely helpful, reliable and friendly. Southern hospitality at its finest. The apartment was great, location was excellent and all in all had an awesome time in Austin.
